The customer service here is 2nd to none. Such an amazing crew an J.T. has the patience of a saint. He was so extremely kind and courteous. I had sent a request to 2 other UPS stores for a last minute print job. I couldn't find my files, then I emailed to the wrong address and after all was said and done he took care of everything and told me not to worry. Horrible Store!!!! I needed to ship a small package for next-day delivery and paid $125 to ensure it would arrive on Saturday by noon. I arrived at the UPS Store in Covington #6787 on Friday at 10 a.m., and there was no line. The representative weighed my package, printed a label, accepted my $125 payment, and provided a receipt with tracking information. The next morning, around 9 a.m., I checked the tracking status, expecting it to show "out for delivery." However, it only indicated that a label had been created at 6:36 p.m. on Friday, the previous day, and that UPS had not yet received the package. This led me to believe the package was still at the store. I called the store, and management claimed that all packages had been sent out the previous night. If that were true, the package should have been scanned as received by UPS--but it wasn't. I strongly suspect my package is still sitting at the store. Something doesn't feel right about how this location operates. The UPS Store management at the Covington location (Store #6787) did not help provide answers or demonstrate a clear understanding of UPS's shipping process. UPS Corporate and The UPS Store network should not offer next-day delivery if they cannot meet the task, especially when charging customers $125 for subpar service and poor communication. I was on hold with UPS Customer Service for 15 minutes, just trying to find out where my package is. UPS Corporate was also Useless!!!!! If the store made a mistake and didn't send the package out on time, they should acknowledge it, give me the package back and issue a refund, and work to improve, rather than making excuses. My advice to other customers: skip UPS altogether and stick with the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS is more reliable, less expensive, and far more transparent. Now I have to contact my bank to dispute the charge just to get my money back in a timely manner. read more

Somewhere between this store and UPS, my overnight delivery was lost. Neither the store or UPS will take responsibility for the delivery. So, they lost my check , with my personal information on it, did not deliver it to a title company. Someone has my 53.00 and needs to give it back since services were never rendered. I have already spent 2 hours on hold and customer NO service without anyone stepping up and taking ownership of this situation. My advice: don't use this store, and think twice about using UPS and their usuary fees. read more

This store had an item from an auction for 16 days without contacting me or shipping it to me. Every time I called, I was told the manager/owner would email me. The associate was very evasive and unable to answer simple questions. Ms. Lord never contacted me. The auction house eventually picked it up and sorted it out. Absolutely avoid this company. I love going to this store as long as I don't get the lady with white hair. The last 3 times she was the cashier for me she has been rude and terse. Today. I was at the self serve line and she told me I could not be there because I would hold up the line. Mind you there were no other customers waiting and I did have a cart of things but some of them were counter items and they were not all self serve. My recommendation is that you greet your customer ask if you could help to evaluate the situation and then advise the best way to proceed. The result was I did some of my items at self serve and when 2 other customer came behind me with one item I let them in. Then when the line went down for counter service I stepped in line and had to wait 15 minutes then held up the line for 30. Happy holidays. read more

I went to pick up a print order at store # 6787 and was told by Ms. Genie I would have to wait until Monday because she didn't have the code to the computer. Less than 10 minutes later Ms. Genie called me and said she was able to get in and my print pick up was ready. Thanks Ms. Genie for GREAT customer service. You saved the day. read more

I went to ups today for several transactions. The lobby was packed. Kathy, the owner, was so amazing. I went in to ship a package and received great service from a personable staff. I will return to this location again.

I am a customer who is hard of hearing (HOH). We are in the middle of this COVID situation and people are wearing masks making it even harder to hear. Sound is muffled and I cannot see lips that I use to assist me in understanding. I went today to the store in Covington Ga. 3142 Hwy 278. Megan was the cashier. I don't wear a sign that says I'm HOH and it's not written on my forehead. Therefore. When I am doing business with or making a transaction with a business or individual, I state that I am HOH. Megan didn't seem to care about this disability that I have and certainly did not ask to have. She continued to mumble behind her mask and I would ask her to repeat herself. When I did this, she yelled. I'm HOH, not deaf. I don't need you to yell. Simply speak up and speak clearly every time you speak to me. I asked her what the best item would be for my parcel. She pointed and said "they are over there". I asked her if she could show me the best choice and what she would recommend. She yelled again and pointed, not moving, and yelled "I am showing you". She then finally went and abruptly grabbed one of the choices. She then began working on my order. She once again began asking me questions in a mumbled voice. I had to ask her several times to repeat herself. She began rolling her eyes at me. She embarrassed me in front of other customers. Perhaps she was raised by people who lacked manners as well. Regardless. Megan at the UPS store in Covington Ga. is an example of a parenting fail. I will never return to that store. I was humiliated. I have a true disability and this little snot of a girl should be fired. I'll drive to a different town the next time I need this service. read more
