This store tired to over charge me for a Ups shipping label by 3 times the amount it should cost $800. I purchased my own label on line and printed at the store to put on the box. They accepted the box for shipping and never shipped the overnight package. I dont know where my package is. Paid $232 plus the perishable contents of my package for over night shipping. I paid to ship an expensive item where UPS required a signature on a 'shipment receipt' for the clerk or driver accepting the package to sign. This UPS form stated this was required in case I have a claim for insurance. Neither the clerk or their manager was willing to read this UPS form let alone sign it. In fact they suggested that I sign it. I took my package back. Given this unfortunate experience I cannot recommend this UPS store. read more

Came in for two reasons. 1 to ship an item, 2 Amazon return. Employee saw the return and ordered me to the self serve kiosk. Which was broken and not stocked with materials. I was stuck doing my return but left to use FEDEX to ship my item. Never again UPS. read more

This particular The UPS Store location has been under new management last several months. Customer service has improved greatly. The new team is getting it done with welcoming atmosphere, knowledgable & friendly. Shipped a package to colorado and returned my old spectrum box at same time. Would recommend anyone with a bad past experience to give them another try. They have a 4.8 everywhere else for a reason. Previous trip there I had my granddaughter with me and could not believe they had a treasure key, so she could get her own gift. Even my 7 granddaughter wants to go back! So thankful there is still someplace true heart felt customer service can be found. read more

If UPS doesn't want to except packages anymore from Amazon for returns, then work it out with them. I don't work there, so don't try to train me on UPS system so I can process my own freaking packages. The system they had worked great, have your items organized and ready and the QR code ready for the UPS STORE EMPLOYEES, wait patiently for your turn, they scan the code on your phone and hand you a receipt and your out the door on the way to your life. Today, Saturday I did all that, and had my item in the shipping box taped up, had QR return code ready from phone app waiting patiently for my turn for her to scan give and I go, but no not for that UPS employee, she insisted that I learn their system and force me to be a UPS employee long enough to check in my own package into their system! It was quite obvious I didn't want to and was having problems since I couldn't make the QR code bigger, instead of her reading the room and just scanning the QR code, giving me the receipt so I could get on with my day, and she could help the next customer, she was going to school me on their stupid You do it kiosk!!! That took way longer than just scanning, giving the receipt and we both stay un upset and going about the rest of our day. She did it, but it got nasty and it absolutely didn't have to. I was there at that same Colerain UPS store a couple months earlier when another employee didn't follow the rules of Amazon return that clearly states that you didn't need a box or anything, but when I got there she insisted that I had to have an outer shipping box and wouldn't process my order, even though it was in the exact same Juicer box shipped to me, with a shipping label on it. I had to drive all the way over to Glenway UPS store, the staff at that UPS store did it with no fuss no muss. They scanned the return QR code, they gave me a receipt, and I was out of their way so they could help the next person in line. We don't work there, we don't need to learn UPS store system for processing our returns. If this is something UPS doesn't want to be in partnership with Amazon then end it with them. Don't hassle us, that made 2 times I was inconvenienced over the wrong item sent (not their fault), and I'm having to return it and the hassle I got off the UPS Store employee at this Colerain location. I had other business to conduct in that town that made sense to go unfortunately to the Colerain store that gives me hell versus the Glenway store that doesn't. read more

I visited the store today and there were at least 20 people in it. The two workers were processing people as fast as they could. Stephanie gave good instruction to people and opened the door for air circulation. She was very friendly, efficient and professional. read more

This place has the worst customer service!! No matter what time or day I come in, the employees have been extremely rude. The last time that I was there, I asked for help at the Amazon return kiosk since it didn't print a label for me. I had to practically beg them to come and help me. It's a shame since this store never used to be like this. read more

I went to send a return, I just needed to print the label there. The young lady there had the nastiest attitude ever. Anytime anyone walked in she didn't greet them she just told them to use the Amazon kiosk and do it themselves. I wasn't even making an Amazon return. She threw my label at me and said nope can't do it here. I will drive out of the way to another ups before I ever step foot back in there. That little girl has zero customer skills and should be somewhere flipping burgers where she doesnt have to associate with people. read more

Can you give zero stars? Not sure how they did it but this place has managed to even be able to live up to their current one star rating. Honestly - giving the reasons why at this point will only fall on deaf ears. If the UPS Harvard MBA's are too stupid to address poor ratings - one more valid reason is not going to change a thing. read more

Stephanie is great help. It's not just a job to her. She goes out of her was to make sure she helps you. There usually is a line there so i see how she treats customers, even the customers that are frustrated or short with her. She has a way of de-escalating situations. Poor customer service by Deshawn! He is rude and spoke to me very disrespectful. He even laughed when I told him I would be reporting him to corporate. My experience with this location was TERRIBLE! I stopped by Monday to open a mailbox. I also had to bring my infant child along with me. I was told I could not open a mailbox unless a manager was present and she wouldn't be there until tomorrow. I made the young man aware I couldn't make back in tomorrow. He took ALL my information down. Even asked for my ID and stated he would have the manager Tania call me first thing at 8:30am and she could open a mailbox for me over the phone due to the circumstance. The next day I did not receive a phon call from Tania. I called up to the store around 5pm and asked for the manager. A young man stated the manager was not there AGAIN! So I explained to him the situation and asked him what I should do because I really needed the mailbox opened. He stated he was unsure and I would just have to wait until the manager got in tomorrow. At that point I was livid and felt the whole process was a bit ridiculous. If a manager is the only one who can open a mailbox than shouldn't a manger be present at all times? So I asked for a number to corporate just for Deshawn to huff and puff and get an attitude and say to me "People be killing me!" As if I was did something to him! I've been a manger in customer service for over 10 years and that is no way to treat or talk to a customer! I was astonished and couldn't believe the way this young man was talking and treating me! That is no way to treat a customer and he needs to be reprimanded! This is my local UPS store but I'll definitely be taking my business somewhere else! read more

Very poor service!! Stayed home waiting on ups to drop my package off because it had to be signed for. They never even knocked on my door and left the label saying they missed us! I called ups and they was rude and hung up on me! Negative 10 stars! read more
