When I originally placed my order, I was told the banners came with a two-year guarantee. Unfortunately, the banners began fading within just five months. When I brought the issue to the owner's attention, he assured me he would make it right. Initially, I was told that replacement banners had been ordered and that the manufacturer was honoring the warranty. Later, I was given a different explanation: the manufacturer would only offer replacements at a discount, and there would be no further replacements. The owner then stated that he would absorb the cost himself. Although the banners were eventually replaced, the explanations changed along the way, and I was never shown the warranty documentation when I requested it. My biggest disappointment is not simply that the original banners faded prematurely. It is the lack of consistent communication and transparency throughout the process. I also found it difficult to get a phone call or have a meaningful conversation to resolve my concerns. I appreciate that the banners were ultimately replaced, and I want to acknowledge that. However, the way the situation was handled left me feeling that my business and my concerns were not given the attention they deserved. As a business owner myself, I believe that clear communication, transparency, and standing behind what is promised are essential to building customer trust. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations.

I had something to return to Amazon that was too large for a drop off box. I came in to this store, and the friendly staff immediately offered their assistance. I needed a box, and without skipping a beat, the woman walked off and found the perfect size box at the "best price", she assured me. (I no doubt believed her, it was very affordable.) The very next week, I needed to ship something with tracking to send and receive the package back. They ran over the numbers of how much it would cost to send via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and where I could save the most money. SCORE! Because of my previous good experiences, when I had a large box of clothing to send- of course I took it back to the Box Place! Again, they did the work of finding out how much it would cost via all my different options, to save me money. It was great! Everytime I've been in here, the staff (no matter how busy) has been extremely friendly and gracious. There have always been others in the store that were chatting and seemably having a good time.
