Ikea was wonderful, but this review isn't about Ikea. While working with the closet guy at Ikea, he handed me a card when I told him that I planned on setting the wardrobe up myself. I think he probably laughed at me a little too. Anyway, fast forward to the wardrobe parts being delivered and me realizing there is no way I could put them together. I quickly got on The Assembly Tech website and entered in my info for a quote. Doug (the Assembly Tech) got back to me within a few hours and I was able to make an appointment on a holiday! Woo hoo! Doug and his son came over to my apartment and set up my Ikea furniture in half the time it would have taken me and they were reasonably priced. The Assembly Tech can help you put together any furniture, not just stuff from Ikea, so if I ever get more furniture I know who I am going to call.

Incompetent writes back first time and asks where at the court to take it. First day in the business apparently, because the answer is always clerk's office. Incompetent later replies that 'customer has to verify amount of charge before delivery'. Needless to say, whoever named themselves "Reliable", was grossly mistaken.

They called every hour and said they would be there within the hour, therefore I had to sit and wait on them for 5 hours to arrive. The movers knew they had a piano to move and didn't bring enough people to help. They damaged the piano and a coffee table. I had to tell them how to rotate a couch to get it up the steps. They didn't wrap anything and they just pushed ad pulled to get the items were they needed to be, damaging floors and walls. Haultail offered a $50 refund for the inconvenience!! REALLY!!! How insulting!!! I will never recommend this company again! Spend the extra money and get a real, reliable company!!!
