I scheduled my appointment online and they showed up on time, with a courtesy call when they were on their way. From start to finish the guys were very professional, quick, and kind; which made the experience exceptional for me. I would recommend this company 100% to friends and family. We are young, have a child, live paycheck to paycheck most times- and trying to clear out and fix up the home we live in. It's old and needs a lot of TLC. The clutter was just making cleaning and feeling comfortable in our own home so much harder. I was nervous at first but I chose this company because the online quote was the lowest of all the local junk removers. I would choose 1800Declutter again and again and again. They were so polite, and helpful, and caring. The caring part was what really got me. They saw what we needed done, and did it for us. They didn't try to rip us off, or charge us an exorbitant price. It was reasonable, it was within the budget and wasn't 50 more or less than the quote I was given online. They were kind to our animals, to our son, they were just two gentlemen who were raised right, and worked hard for us during the holiday season. They've earned our trust, our respect, and future business from us and our family members. We'll be sure to tell them all about you! Thank you so much for making our holidays a little easier. -Liz & Adam

This company is one of the worst in the business. As they have grown over the years, their customer…read moreservice has plummeted. They pick and choose when to take garbage and recycling. One time when I tried to discuss it with a driver, he almost ran me over. In the pursuing conversations with Rumpke supervisors, I was told not to speak with drivers because they are "not trained in customer service." Now once again, service personnel are refusing to take my recycling (three cardboard boxes and three plastic bottles), because they're not in a Rumpke can (they're in a separate green can clearly marked 'Recycling') despite my city paying for us to use cans beyond Rumpke's. Rumpke is bad value for what I pay in taxes, and we need more waste removal companies to break this arrogant monopoly.
