Totally unhappy with the service from this company. Did not deliver when they said they were going to and when they did, the driver got off the driveway, got stuck because it was pouring rain, and left our yard a mess. They accept no responsibility for the destruction. The customer service supervisor was rude and unprofessional DO NOT rent from this company! Update- I was asked to contact the company via email. Update. So manager called me back and told me the fee was never charged. They asked for screenshots of my conversations with the sales person and my call logs? Red flag. Anyways I provided all of this and she reached back out stating that they were returning the dumperster free of charge. My weight from the first and second would be totalled together (which I understand) and that my drop-off and pickup were scheduled. I no longer live in this home. I am 7 states away. I had been told my pickup was pre scheduled. Fun fact. It wasn't. I found out that the dumpster was still on my property and called to ask what was going on. They forwarded me to an automated system where i scheduled my pickup date for the following morning. Then then charged my card 500$ for extension fees despite them telling me clearly on the phone that they had already scheduled my pickup date and to only reach out if I needed to reschedule for any reason. This company is a bunch of crooks. Their prices are so low because they scam, lie, and cheat their customers out of as much extra money as they can get away with. I have spoken with my credit card company. I have kept all of my screenshots and phone recordings with these people and not only are they getting charged back for the extra 500$ but for all purchases this company has charged me for ever. So in an attempt to scam and extra 500 out of me they will end up losing 500$ Run away from this company at all costs. Else they will take you for all they can. Side not for the people from corporate reading this. You have my name and number. Your responses to people for them to email you will not cut it. Budget dumpster was horrible with communication did not remove dumpster when it was scheduled to be removed costing me $$$$ (I am a contractor and was supposed to landscape where they placed the dumpster.) It ruined my schedule and I only filled the dumpster half way and they are trying to charge me an overweight fee. read more

This place will charge you any and every fee to get you to pay more. They will charge overages with no proof then make excuses why they cant provide the proof. You also dont even get a dumpster from them, they goto a 3rd party, and dont pass on any of your information that you request the driver to know. Update response to their comment: I have been in contact with them and they refuse to do anything about the unproven overage. More specifically on Yelp they tell me to email them, they dont respond to emails. They tell me they provided me documentation, how so when they haven't responded.... Sean is a complete joke of whatever his job title is, he says he would like to help, then tells me to contact other people who dont respond. read more

On Aug 12, they came to pickup the dumpster, they tried to pull the dumpster directly to a truck which made the dumpster angled with a steep slope, and thus a lot stuffs from the dumpster fall back to my driveway, their driver asked my contractor to help reload the debris back to the dumpster.... My contractor was so kind and offered help. On Aug 14, I called the company to explain what happened and my unhappiness about their service, and they transferred me to a supervisor who promised to call me back but did not. When I called back the next day, the supervisor told me "The driver did it the safest way...", and he said my contractor did not need to respond to their driver's asking to help. My contractor helped many people to do trash out, and he said this company is the worst he ever saw. If the supervisor said something like this "I am sorry to hear that, we will work to improve...." then I will give them a better review, but the supervisor's attitude towards customer is the critical factor that I give this company a very bad review, since people do make mistakes, but the supervisor's attitude towards customer is a deciding factor whether the company will succeed or not... by the way he said he is the head supervisor, so you will judge how customer service is being handled in this company! read more

This company is considerably over priced. They also have a ridiculous amount of added fees if you need to cancel. They were unable to give me a time frame for delivery so I decided to go with another company who was able to do so. I canceled within a few hours of ordering and they still charged me a 25$ fee. It was a good thing I canceled so quickly otherwise they would of charged me 150.00 dollars! When I asked why they charge such a large cancellation fee they claimed it was credit card fees. Don't be fooled there are fees with running a credit card, but not even close to the amount they charged me. I just don't have any respect for companies that gouge customers. Do the economy a favor and support a business with more integrity. read more

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! I removed drywall and wood paneling from a small kitchen and a bedroom and rented a 20 yard dumpster (the smallest they rent) with a 3 ton weight limit. I did not fill the dumpster even half full but I received and overage charge for 7.74 tons at a cost of $425.00 and a total cost of $834.00. The overage invoice stated that I had a 2 ton limit and the total weight was 9.74 tons. To put this weight in perspective it would take approximately 400 sheets of drywall or 3 Toyota Corollas to equal it. When I brought this to their attention they said they will need to get a weight ticket and that it would take 7 to 10 days but that it is "usually right". I asked if they were verifying inaccurate information wouldn't they get the same wrong answer? They just stone walled and insisted it would be accurate. They must be the only company in the history of the world to never be wrong. I am beyond frustrated and apparently have very little recourse. read more

Budget Dumpster came to pick up my dumpster and then said it was too rainy and left. They said there would be no additional charge. That same day I received a call telling me that they charged my credit card $150 because they could not pick up. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and had to cancel all of my credit cards that they had because they were charging it without my consent. When I asked them to refund me, they said that it was my fault. They delivered the dumpster in my front yard instead of by the driveway. Then they say that my front yard is too soft to drive into. The management at this company is horrible. It feels as if I've just encountered the biggest scam. Not I have a dumpster in my front yard that they refuse to remove. Do no use this company! It may seem cheaper at first but they get you in the end. It's not worth all of the headache to save a few bucks. And now with all of the fraudulent charges, it is costing me more than anyone else in town. read more

Do not use this company. My 81 year old father-in-law ordered a dumpster so he could work on cleaning out his house. The dumpster was placed too close to the house so that the door to the dumpster could not be opened. Upon calling to request the dumpster to be slid a few feet farther from the house he was informed that it would be $150 fee. My wife and myself both attempted to reason with Budget Dumpster to waive the fee so that the dumpster could be used, but the people we spoke with at the company were unwilling and uninterested in resolving the problem. They stated that he didn't specifically request that the door to the dumpster could be used, so it wasn't their issue. Instead they suggested that an 81 year old man throw things over the walls of the dumpster in lieu of using the door. We have the need for many more dumpster loads before the house is completely cleaned out, and I can guarantee you we will never use Budget Dumpster again. read more
