So when notifying Rumpke about being unhappy with the fee they cancelled my whole payment and said mail in payment. Of course they could have just refunded the fee and took the payment. So now they will have to deal with the mail delay TA DA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also notified my city mayor & clerk to let citizens know. Not sure why a large company uses a process the charges this fee.

We were quoted a low price which I was shocked. I got an estimate and it was $400.00 more however I understand why due to space and breaking it down. It was a pretty big shed. I went ahead and scheduled it. They arrived on time and it took them quite a while to remove (very tedious and details to the shed) but they did a wonderful job and was very professional.
