They promised to get back to us with a plan for 4-5 guys and a saw to cut things up. When we did not hear from them, we called. They apologized and assured us they still wanted the job but a supervisor would have to call us back to make an appointment for more than 2 guys. We waited a total of 10 days without a return call, then hired a different company. Got an estimate on a Friday, new company sent a 2 man team on Monday. Removed all of the remaining appliances plus items in a storage unit 5 miles from our house, all for over $100 less than Junk King told us they would charge just for the remaining appliances. It has now been 2 weeks and Junk King still hasn't called us back.

It's because they pull up the review page on their own device and tell you to write the review - right then and there in your driveway - after running your credit card on the device, that just looks like their personal cell phone.
