Junk Kings was able to come out the same day and remove everything in my photos, as well as some other things I hadn't thought of. The price was reasonable, the workers that showed up were professional, and they hauled away everything in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again in the future. read more

They came on time and took an old non-repairable jet ski away with no trouble at all! They were great!!

These guys were so easy to work with, convenient and well-priced. I would definitely use them again.

I had a pick up scheduled between 9 am and 11 am this morning. An hour after the window, I called to see if they were coming... "They are running behind and will call in 20 minutes to say they are on the way. Fast forward 1 hour 20 minutes... call again, "the truck flipped, it will be another 4 hours". ZERO courtesy calls and half a Saturday wasted. Terrible company. read more

We just moved to the area and needed an old shed removed. It was worn and had wasp nests inside. We saw Junk King at the Sharonville convention center. We were quoted a low price which I was shocked. I got an estimate and it was $400.00 more however I understand why due to space and breaking it down. It was a pretty big shed. I went ahead and scheduled it. They arrived on time and it took them quite a while to remove (very tedious and details to the shed) but they did a wonderful job and was very professional. I highly recommend Junk king for any waste removal. read more

Junk King Cincinnati - Before and after! Amazing job! - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

A Junk King driver blatantly drove into my front yard over the weekend just being lazy and not wanting to make a correct turn-around. Probably shows the work ethic of this particular driver as well as the company. I would never use this company if they drive in people's yards just to same time and hoping the home owner isn't around to catch them. Thank you Junk King driver for being lazy and making a large track in my front yard with your large, heavy truck. Would use any other junk hauling company before this franchise. read more

My dad passed away and I had to deal with an income property he had in Cincinnati from here in California. The tenant left it filled with junk. My realtor set me up with Junk King and they were wonderful. They sent pictures before and after, clearly communicated about times and updates. They even went above and beyond by removing the carpet too. It was as good as being there to work with them remotely. Price was reasonable for the sheer volume of stuff they had to remove and dump. I'm very grateful! read more

Had positive experiences with Junk King in the past but this time, the two man team decided they couldn't manage 3 of the 4 appliances we wanted removed from the basement. They promised to get back to us with a plan for 4-5 guys and a saw to cut things up. When we did not hear from them, we called. They apologized and assured us they still wanted the job but a supervisor would have to call us back to make an appointment for more than 2 guys. We waited a total of 10 days without a return call, then hired a different company. Got an estimate on a Friday, new company sent a 2 man team on Monday. Removed all of the remaining appliances plus items in a storage unit 5 miles from our house, all for over $100 less than Junk King told us they would charge just for the remaining appliances. It has now been 2 weeks and Junk King still hasn't called us back. read more

The guys are amazing and professional thank you. Definitely recommended you to everyone.

Junk King was great to work with. They arrived as scheduled and called 30-minutes before arriving to give me a heads up. It was a 2-person team. They wore masks for COVID and were very respectful and business appropriate. They reaffirmed their price, which is based on the space used in their truck bed. The truck space is 12' x 8' x 5' tall. They stack it all the way up to the top and really try to maximize the space. They would re-stack as needed and move items around to get as much on the truck as they could. It was $625 to fill the truck plus $5 per latex paint can if it's still in liquid form. I had 5-cans so overall it was $650 and they accept credit card on the spot using a cell phone and hand held card reader. They couldn't get one large braided rug to fit in the truck but I understand that they cannot extend over the top. I can deal with the one rug as they saved my back from a lot of heavy items. I'd definitely recommend them and hire them again. This was a house clean out at my dads house and they made this part of the project seamless. Really nice guys and please don't forget to tip if you like the work they do. It's not required, but thoughtful for those who go above and beyond on the job. read more

We used their services to haul out the junk from my mother in laws home after she passed. Their website says they take hazardous waste like old paint etc. I was willing to pay them extra for it. But they declined to take it saying they no longer do it because their trucks catch on fire. So here we were all ready to leave town but had to find a place to dispose of it fast. My friend who recommended them said they took his old paint cans just a few weeks earlier. Oh well. Just confirm what they take or don't take before they arrive. read more

I'm giving 3 stars because the boys were nice and well groomed and on time that came, but it should not be so insanely expensive to just have some junk picked up at your house. We ended up just bagging our large pile of trash because my daughter and I were not willing to pay $700 for a bunch of movie in trash. read more

As we were doing some spring cleaning, we had made attempts to sell as much of our old furniture, electronics, items etc that we could POSSIBLY get rid of. I initially called to get a price quote so I could consider services (I wasn't sure we'd actually need them) BOY am I glad we had them come out! Within 2 hours a few guys arrived and we put them to work. We ended up filling their entire truck with trash. At one point, a paint can burst open on the driveway (be aware they do NOT take paint). It was our fault but the guys were pretty remorseful even still. They did their jobs, even though they weren't expecting us to have so much stuff. We got exactly the services we requested, as well as no complaints from the guys. read more

These people are amazing. I contacted Ruben on Tuesday, we exchanged information, and he informed me that the guys would be here Wednesday. They arrived on time, gave me an estimate that was excellent, and 2 hours later our job was done, and it was a BIG job. Mike and his team worked hard, were very personable, did everything we asked, and then cleaned up the driveway before they left. We are very pleased with the professionalism and caring that this Team showed, and we highly recommend Junk Kings Cincinnati for any type of cleanup. We will use them again if the need arises. Excellent service, quality, and value! read more

I have used the dumpster rental service twice this month. The drivers contacted me 15 minutes before dropping off their clean dumpster in my driveway. Pickups went equally seamless. I would recommend this service to anyone needing a dumpster for a clean out, construction, or renovation. read more

We actually needed to have these folks out twice, once for the basement and attic, and once for outside stuff. The company was very responsive to my request for a quote on Yelp, so it was a good first impression. The guys who came out the first time to do the attic and basement we're on time and very professional (and packed more in that truck than I thought was possible). Then, the COO actually came out for the second quote, and was great. The crew who removed the outside stuff also did a great job, but I didn't meet them. All in all, reasonable prices, professional and responsive personnel, and I would highly recommend this company. read more

This is our second time using Junk King and they are awesome! Very friendly and professional. They called when they were on the way and on time. Will definitely use them again and recommend their services read more

Junk King just left my house and I'm so happy. Titus and Chris did an amazing job. They're my heroes, worthy of the title of king. I had a washer that was a very tight fit through the corners and spaces of my older house, and they worked so hard and didn't give up even when it was difficult. The process of setting up the appointment was easy, as well, and the pricing was clear and fair enough. My only suggestion would be to management: get your amazing, hardworking guys some more flexible equipment. There are a ton of older houses in Cincinnati with narrow doorways compared to modern ones, and shoulder dolleys might help. read more

100% recommend! The two workers showed up on time, were courteous, professional and thorough. They worked tirelessly and quickly. The quoting process was simple and quick and I like that they donate and recycle as much of the junk as possible. I appreciate that they limit the amount of material that goes into local landfills. Well done Junk King. read more

I had two appliances removed on 1 days notice, they give you a 2 hour window with driver calling when he's 15 minutes out, so from the time the driver called me till the time they were done and gone was 30 minutes, that's as good as it gets will recommend to all I know. read more

Bought a new house within the past 90 days, and the people who remodeled it before I purchased left a ton of general debris behind. I called yesterday afternoon to see if I could get a quote on getting the leftover materials hauled away, as well as my old moving boxes, and I was told (by the incredibly friendly scheduler) that my job would be better quoted with an on-site visit. He asked me ahead of time if it would be okay if they gave me a quote and if I accepted they got to work immediately, there was no pressure either way and I was free to schedule at a later date if needed. I told the guy on the phone that yes, they could start immediately. Anyways, they had an appointment open for today for the 8a-10a window, and at 915 this morning, I got a call that they were pulling up shortly. I showed them everything, and they broke down how pricing works, and it seemed incredibly fair, so I said yes, and we moved forward. They were in and out in 45 minutes, which was incredible seeing as they had so many stairs to work with! Highly recommend this company. Very professional, prompt, responsive, and made themselves readily available for questions should I need to ask. From the call center to the gentleman who performed the service, it was a great experience! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I needed it! read more

They got here loaded up all that wood and were gone in a half hour, yes they move very quickly and will use again. We've used them before and they did an excellent job so yes use Junk King they are the best! read more

Pricey, like ridiculous pricey. Plus, tiny trucks that don't fit much. You'll end up paying with this company. They have tiny trucks that come to move your furniture. They say 650 for the entire thing. Too bad when they come they look at your stuff n then hit you with the, "oh we will need 2.5 trucks worth. The quote they gave me for their service was insane. Do NOT get screwed with this company. read more

I cannot recommend Junk King enough. Prices were fair with incredible customer service. They were honest and charged for only the space used in the truck even though they had estimated more. The next time I need something hauled away, I'll call them. read more

They are so nice and help us remove everything out of our apartment! Really helpful!!!!! Recommended!!! They are very nice and would call before 20 minutes! And the price is good and reasonable! read more

They cleaned out our basement yesterday. Did an excellent job. The 3 young men were very courteous and work quickly. They were very careful not to damage any of the walls or door frames. The price was fair. I highly recommend this company. R. Wilson read more

Amazing experience! Immediate response to my quote request, showed up right on time, gave a fair quote and got to work. They went above and beyond my expectations! Now clearing out other areas of my house doesn't seem as daunting because I know exactly who to call! Great clean up and removed large pieces of debris from my basement and narrow hallway without any dings in walls. read more

They came in and cleared my basement out so fast. So friendly and gave me options if i were to keep clearing stuff or just take this amount. Great if you have a budget in mind . Call them they are very professional read more

I bought a groupon for the removal of 250 pounds. They called ahead and came as promised. They were very professional. They removed an old large and heavy television from our 2nd floor. They didn't make any marks on our walls. They also removed a heavy Christmas tree box from our basement. Again no marks on our walls or carpet. I highly recommend them. read more

Very, very, VERY impressed with this company. For Christmas I got my partner the gift of de-cluttering our house. I called Junk King (and a few others) and got a fair and reasonable quote. They arrived on time, and the two guys were great. We walked through and pointed at sofas, recliners, old giant computer monitors, desks, etc. And they took them and whisked them away. I am a pretty tough critic, and I really thought this was going to be a bait and switch or something -- but everything went smoothly and they were done in 90 minutes. Highly recommended. read more

Jordan and Sam were great! They arrived on time, did a walk through, quoted me an accurate estimate and got to work. They were friendly and professional and I will recommend your business to my friends. read more

I have used them several times and it was awesome each time. They did the job and there was no issues in getting the work done. It was quick and complete. I have also had 2 sons work for the company, and honestly can say that the employees enjoy the work and have a very good environment. They had nothing but good things to say, even in private conversations. Will use again and again. read more

We rented a dumpster. Delivery was prompt and the guy who dropped it off was super-careful. Prices are MUCH better than Rumpke. I'd use them again, and consider them for clean-out service as well. read more

Everything you'd hope it to be. Easy to work with and does your dirty work. Only pay for sq ft of truck used. Came out for free quote immediately. Call days before you need them and done. Excellent experience. read more

They took my money and left over half of my junk. I paid them and went inside to clean my house because we were moving, I came back out and they were gone and had left about 65% of the stuff in my garage that i paid them to remove. I am extremely disappointed and feel like I have been robbed. That was alot of money to flush down the toilet. Beware if you use this company I would stand and physically watch them move everything before you pay them. Disappointed does not even describe how I feel. read more

I needed to get rid of a mattress and box spring quickly (I'm moving cross-country) and they were able to come out to my house within a couple days. Not to mention, they negotiated and lowered the original estimate which was nice. When they arrived, the team was friendly and polite, making sure to wear boot covers on the carpet and they carefully carried the items down the stairs without running into walls, etc. It's definitely worth the money to hire these guys to get rid of large items instead of stressing out about renting a truck, loading it yourself, and finding a place you can unload it! read more

After visiting my mother for christmas, my mother's treasures was actually old junk that need to get out her 100 plus year old home. I called Junk King the day after Christmas. Kind of high for a whole truck load... But if you need the stuff removed they will get it done!
