I saw the "UPS" sign in the window and assumed that they would be able to take care of a simple scan and hand off. But apparently, this location does not take "Amazon" returns. I walked in, smiled, and said, "Hi, how are you?" I was ignored. Thinking maybe she didn't hear me, I asked again. Instead of even the most basic courtesy, I was met with hostility. The older woman working there looked at me like I was an idiot and spoke to me with complete contempt. I have never felt so unwelcome in a place of business. To make matters worse, the store smelled like an ashtray. Between the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke and the unbelievably rude customer service, it was one of the most unpleasant customer experiences I've ever had. There is absolutely no excuse for treating another human being the way I was treated. Everyone has bad days, but that does not give anyone the right to belittle or disrespect customers. If this is the owner, I sincerely hope she reflects on how she treats people because it is unacceptable. If she is an employee, management should seriously consider whether this is the kind of person they want representing their business. I will never return, and I strongly encourage others to spend their money somewhere they will be treated with basic dignity and respect.

Stamps currently cost .82 each, they pocketed over 5$, pure profit. The store is a little dilapidated I'm sure every little bit helps but they're dishonest. They'll be out of business soon enough. Too bad they couldn't do better.
