I went in and was greeted professionally and immediately. They sat down with me and listened to my needs and plans. Then took my order. Their prices were awesome, the quality was professional and above board. Around the office, I could see many examples of their work and was impressed. They provide so many services from standard printing to promo items to banners to mailing services and many more. I was impressed. I am a small travel agency just starting out. I was out to find a company to establish a long-term relationship with and I found it. I am not sure what happened with the other review that said they weren't interested because they were small was certainly not my experience in the least. I felt like I was treated the same as if I was a large firm (and I used to do purchasing for my old accounting firm that I worked at). They made me know that no matter what I needed they would work with me to ensure all my needs were met. I work with Trevor Thompson. I wanted one person to handle my account. I wanted him to have my logos and everything on file so if I needed something it was a simple matter of calling or emailing and discussing what I was interested in and he would run with it. I don't have to waste time talking to someone new every time I need something, resending my logos each time, he knows me and my business now and there is no endless wasted time reexplaining things. I can call him and say this is what I need, He sends me a proof to review and I approve or request a change. Once approved it is ready in a short amount of time. I have used them several times now, never disappointed. Always fast and professional. I love everything they have done and I now work exclusively with them for all my business needs. When I wanted to send out a mailer, I simply let Trevor know what area I wanted to target. He sent me a spreadsheet showing the routes and a lot of useful information like median income and house values for each route. Then he sent me the price and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable they make it. And best of all they do all the work I just give them my vision of what I want to do. Don't waste your time with the shops that can't meet your printing needs (I had several that couldn't do my business cards the way I wanted, TPS did them perfectly and for less than what even office depot would charge, granted I used one of their coupons for that one). They have great specials so be sure to check out their specials page. I had other shops that couldn't help me always needing someone else to call me back and then some of them didn't. No need to worry TPS will take care of you right away. I can't say enough good things about Thompson Print Solutions. We placed our first order two years ago. When I placed a new order earlier this year, I sent my initial email to an employee email who no longer works there, but they had anticipated this and were forwarding email from that old email to Liz (who is awesome) and she immediately picked up the ball and ran with it.
