SAVE MY LIFE! After a frustrating FAIL at several FedEx locations, I came here to send an envelope that HAD to be at it's recipient on a specific day. Why is FedEx even still in business? No guarantees, no customer service on Sundays. Useless. Yes, I get that it's a holiday weekend, but what is even the point when everything FedEx seems to stop on weekends. Enter the nice guy at the UPS store. Got my envelope all fixed up, and guaranteed delivery (barring super inclement weather, which, reasonable) when I needed it delivered. UPS is a bit more expensive than FedEx, but when they actually do what you are paying them to do - it's worth it. An unsettling experience from the moment I walked in. The customer service was aggressive, not welcoming.m. I had three packages to send, probably would've given them $100, but the employee demanded ID even though I have a UPS account- and did not offer to accept a picture of the ID, an electronic ID, or any other solution. When I expressed frustration and said I then didn't need the mailer I intended to send, the employee insisted that since I had already pealed it, I had to pay him $4.50. I asked if the experience was a joke, and he blamed me for not asking more questions earlier. Maybe my earring on the right ear rubbed him the wrong way, who knows. I will not be back. read more

This place is just money hungry! Any minor detail or issue they wanna charge you for that no other location does. Last time I came and tried to return a package in the original box it was shipped to me in, they said I had to use a brown cardboard box and charged me for it. Time before that I had a package that said I didn't need any boxing or the shipping label. I just had to give them the package. I showed the guy the email stating that and he said "no I'm sorry you still need the shipping label and you can email it to us" and charged me to print it out. This time I came with the package in a cardboard box and pre-taped and he said that masking tape wasn't good enough and you need to use packing tape and charged me again. Once again, these rules never apply at any other location because I switched back-and-forth between this location and the location close to my job. read more

The people working at this UPS store are great! I go there frequently to either pick up packages or to ship them. Everyone there always greets me with a smile and a very pleasant disposition. And most times they wish me a "good rest of the day" as I am leaving. I really appreciate their great customer service! read more

This store does a good job of providing the typical UPS services. Hence the five stars and a positive review. After all, it's not fair to punish the franchisee for decisions not under their control. What sparked this review is the corporate greed that UPS has perpetrated by charging $13.98 to reroute a delivery to their stores. I get it that people should probably pay something, but two cents shy of $14 seems a little outrageous to me, especially considering the rampant package theft going on everywhere today with literally no recourse from most online retailers, nor credit card companies. I would think that delivery companies would be thrilled with the added profits from practically everyone shopping on line these days, but apparently not. Btw, Fed X charges $5.55 to reroute a package within in the same delivery area. Looks like Fed X will be getting my business when I need to ship, copy or need packaging supplies. read more

The most important reasoning for my rating is because I had a very good experience there. I didn't know what to expect to be honest. They were more professional, patient, helpful than most customer services jobs. The price wasn't bad either though I do wish it was a little less but it was alright. read more

I hope everyone realizes that the UPS Store is one thing and UPS is another. I shipped something on Sunday afternoon via Next Day Air and it was expected to be delivered on Tuesday and still isn't there. This is UPS' issue; the UPS Store's employee Cole did everything right -- and Jessica is very helpfully following up on this for me. I used the store's contact box on their website to tell them the tracking showed no shipping activity, and Jessica gave me an update at 11 p.m. the same day via email, and a detailed update today. She's working with the Northfield UPS hub to find my item and get me a refund for the failed guaranteed delivery, which wasn't cheap. And she gave me all the info to file a claim in case it ends up lost. All that went wrong is on the UPS side. The UPS Store did everything right and still is doing so! Thank you! read more

I was visiting Chicago last week and found a piece of art I couldn't pass up. The only obstacle was how to get it back home to Austin in one piece. The piece is a semi fragile sculpture, so not a straightforward piece to pack & ship. This UPS store was the closest one to my folks home so I went there hoping for the best. The woman & man working there on Friday July 5th could not have provided a better experience! They were so helpful every step of the way and the man took excellent care packaging the item very thoughtfully. I could not have dreamed up a more reassuring and pleasant experience. And the sculpture arrived in tact, exactly as we left it with them. 5 out of 5 stars is simply not enough for these folks! read more

Place is a hot mess...Terrible service...Printers don't work...Avoid at all cost...Due yourself a favor and just buy a cheap printer for your home and avoid this headache...lol read more

Staff is very rude/disrespectful. Additionally, the printers never work whenever I come in, and you can tell the staff couldn't care less.

Very modern location, friendly environment, quick service, and josh was very helpful. Recommend!
