Clearly why these employees are not delivery drivers. It's the holidays. Hire more people or stop hiring lazy people. The consistent wait is not anywhere near UPS standards. Seriously.... I've been to this UPS many times and rarely do I leave negative reviews. I went this morning to open up PO Box . After standing there for several minutes, it looked kind of busy.. I stood there patiently and waited as the line started to grow with four or five people after me.. I casually ask the girl that was running in the back, hello are you available? She turned around glared at me and shouted in my face, NO IM NOT! . I literally was sitting there like wow, I have no idea how I deserve this as a customer to come in and all I did is ask if she was available I was patient and kind. After her rude behavior, I looked at her name tag and noticed that she was actually the manager of this location, which put me into utter shock . I stood there thinking how can I come in here every day to get my mail and have to see this horrible manager who is so rude and can't even treat her customers with kindness. After being told, it was $63 to have my PO Box , they added an additional charge of $20 registration fee one time fee. I looked at the girl who was helping me and thanked her for being professional and kind, but I told her that that $20 was not told to me and that I did not feel that I wanted to pay that. I stood there thinking this is the worst experience that I've had here the managers, horrible, and speaks terrible to people. I can only imagine how she treats her employees . I decided to not open my PO Box here nor will I ship any business here nor will I recommend this place . I always try to support small businesses, especially in my community. A good manager would have said hello good morning Miss I am busy right now but this agent right here will be right with you or I'm sorry Miss I'm busy right now, but I will be right with you. This UPS store must be desperate for management because as a manager myself, I would never ever speak to anybody in the manner of tone that she did to me. I'd like to add one more thing as I'm posting my review I close my page and the ad pops up that there's three months free of opening a mailbox wow what an incompetent place.

There were parking spots right in front that are designated short term parking . Looked like all packing, shipping ,& postal needs there . He came back and said the place was very disorganized and that they had told him to just leave it. They did not check the package in so that we had a record of initiating the send. Now, I have received an email saying the iPhone has not been received. I have no tracking from the store. Finally an issue happened and she sent a case of our wine with someone else or lost it or drank it. She blamed us and said we picked it up. We did not. No signature for receiving in. After a massive fight, Stacey decided to not notify of us of any of our recurring shipments coming in. She then would sit on the wine for a month and then return to sender. We figured this out through UPS and FedEx. It took a month for her to return to sender and then weeks on the truck. Now we have to deal with our favorite vineyards for possibly destroyed wine simply because she doesn't like us. I think anyone would be frustrated by the loss of wine and being told that we were lying about it. And then be nasty and return wine just because you don't like someone.
