    LAYTON, UT: I am now "the duke" of this post office and I have yet to see anyone behind the counter smile on any of my few visits here. Not even one smile. Long lines, melancholy demeanors, and abrupt service are the hallmark of this post office, not unlike many of its dour brethren,

    I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. I was in a complete panic to come out of my 50…read moreminute workout at the Vasa gym (next door) to find my car booted up. Vasa gym shares a common parking lot with this USPS, and to be honest, I didn't notice that there was even a USPS. I am from out of town, all the other Vasa gyms share their parking lot with their neighboring businesses and I never have to think twice about looking at which parking lot belongs to which businesses. I never knew that the USPS had their own parking regulations that they enforce. Later, it was pointed out to me that there are signs posted on poles but when you are parking in the middle of a parking lot away from these signs and poles, you automatically assume that the parking lot belongs to the Vasa gym. I didn't block any mail boxes, there were plenty of other stalls open and again, it just seemed like a big parking lot that belongs to Vasa. It is very tricky and for people like me (from out of town), this just seems so scammy to me. When I went inside the USPS to confirm if the guy (out in the parking lot who was asking me to give him $100 to his Venmo account) was legit, the USPS workers were very very rude and had this evil smirk on their faces, especially the short hair blonde lady. You are a federal employee of a UNITED STATES post office, be professional, be kind, and don't be evil. I feel so violated and trapped in that situation. I felt so scared and lost. I felt so mistreated and targeted. Please put up better signs! Visible to all parking lots that it applies to. Please be specific that you WILL boot vehicles and please specify $100 fine for parking more than 30 minutes. I don't go around breaking rules on purpose and this just seems so icky and scammy. Yelp people, please be aware of this place.

    I went early to this location hoping they new what I needed as for mailing out over 100 letters…read more When I walked up to the counter the gentleman working was knowledgeable and asking questions to be sure I was satisfied with the mailing. In the middle of our conversation, I'm guessing she was a boss or something who appeared out of the back, was very unprofessional interrupts us and tells the clerk she needs to speak with him urgently after he finishes with "us" this was very un called for in a leadership position she could have waited for the clerk to finish his job before making us all a little uncomfortable, when the clerk did a great job. As the Big bad boss paces the floor waiting for the clerk to finish, I could imagine how this employee was quite embarrassed. This supervisor lady needs to take the "101 TEST ON PROFESSIONALISM AND LEADERSHIP" I wanted to give a shout out to the clerk who did an exceptional job, but I'm guessing she was not obviously his trainer.

They always greet you and all 3 of the normal desk staff know my name by heart when they see me, it's actually pretty cool. The inside is always clean, and fresh, and you can tell they take care of them office. They maintain 6 feet apart and have great COVID 19 precautions in place, and provide huge bottles of hand sanitizer for your use. Like all Post Offices it does get busy, but they can literally get you in and out fast, Really appreciate everyone who works here, and thank you for giving a personal touch to everything,

    This branch is so unbelievably awful, it's difficult to know where to begin. First of all, employee…read moreAdam, is so extraordinarily incompetent, I do believe he gives new meaning to the word "going postal." His total disregard for customer service and basic understanding of his job made me want to do and say things that were not very nice and no doubt, illegal. I honestly can't remember the last time I felt white hot rage and frustration. He took our package and $120 of our money and five days later, the package has still not been delivered. In FACT, the package is still showing it has NOT left the Clearfield branch! When I confronted Adam about said package, he threw up his hands and said, "I don't know..." duh... which way did he go?... I'm going to hug him and squeeze him and call him George... So I ask Adam if I could please speak to his manager. "She's not here." He replied. To which I added, "What is your manager's name?" "I'm not allowed to say." He added. Now at this point, I WOULD call the US Postal Service and try to get help but I've already done that and was hung up on twice. I guess at this point I have no other choice but to visit the US postals website and file a loss package claim. See, I've got to do it myself because the folks at the post office have zero incentive to show customer service and help me. Plus, I'm pretty sure Adam has never turned on a computer. Here's the bottom line, I'm missing $120 and now I'm missing a box with more than $200 content. And I've wasted an afternoon expecting customer service from the US Postal Service. This, this is why people use UPS and FedEx. Update: Manager's names is Janica. (Really? Was that so hard?)

However,…read moreI do think as someone who used their services as small business myself, it's valuable to showcase my own experience in dealings with their store. Speedi Pack should be aware of how their employees handle an order. Both the good and the bad. Let me state that the items I received in the end were great and worked perfectly for the small business market I traveled to Utah for. (Sheets of Stickers for price tag purposes) Unfortunately, getting to that final part was the issue that was unacceptable. Using Speedi Pack was a no brainer as person(s) I know used to work for the company/design. They were the point of contact for sending over the files of what was needed and doing the pick up for the stickers. They first went to the store in person to print off sample labels over the weekend (on Saturday), to make sure it worked. Kate, who was amazing through this whole process by the way, was able to print the sample off and only said the format may make the sticker offset a slight amount. However it didn't ruin any of the QR codes and was just fine to work with exactly what we needed. Getting the last minute information for said remaining stickers an email was sent Monday(At 9:41 am) following that Saturday stating that pages 12 - 14 of the labels needed to be printed and could be picked up later in the day. There was some back and forth from that point on from Ariana, the head designer. That they wouldn't work and needed to be redesigned. Here's the deal, the label designs/codes are through a market, not by personal choice/design. Hence the reason why a sample print off was done. I would pay a rush fee, I would pay to have anything adjusted if needed to be done. That was relayed through e-mail. This was not in my wheelhouse, and exactly why I decided to go to Speedi Pack for services they offer. Made sense to as we were busy with set up. Coming to UT from out of state there is a lot of moving parts when setting up for a market. I just needed help with a few more sheets of stickers, that is all. By 2:35PM it was emailed "Okay, we can work on setting up these files. It won't be ready today, but we will let you know when they are all setup and printed." That was not helpful. It felt as though we were being strung along all day to be passed onto the next person because she didn't want to fufill making small adjustments for a small order. I truly didn't think printing out labels would be an issue but this added another layer of stress that was absolutely unnecessary. And to be honest, the friends who have done this work were upset as it would have taken maybe 5-10 minutes to change. So instead of going back and forth throughout the day, she could have moved forward with the requests. What ended up happening is that friend who was handling the emailing, decided to go into Speedi Pack to try and get this figured out. They found out that Kate (again so thankful) took initiative, went ahead, adjusted and printed them out. I really want to showcase Kate in this review as I said there wasn't just bad, there was good. She may have been the person who started on this task initially with just trying out the sample prints, but she saw that a service needed to be done and did it when others wouldn't. I hope this review shows how valuable an employee like Kate is. I know at the end of the day it just seems like a lot for just stickers, but it's not a good look for a business especially when doing a service for another business. Because at the end of the day all orders, big and small are what support small companies like Speedi Pack. I truly hope in the future, if I need another service from Speedi Pack, I don't have a to request a specific person to handle an order.

They have…read moreit all, cards, banners, posters, vinal stickers (all shapes/sizes/fonts), to lamenating services. I thought for the quickness and great produce, it was a VERY reasonable price. Overall great service and store.
