Unfortunately I wasn't able to make this review when it happened back in March until now. However, I do think as someone who used their services as small business myself, it's valuable to showcase my own experience in dealings with their store. Speedi Pack should be aware of how their employees handle an order. Both the good and the bad. Let me state that the items I received in the end were great and worked perfectly for the small business market I traveled to Utah for. (Sheets of Stickers for price tag purposes) Unfortunately, getting to that final part was the issue that was unacceptable. Using Speedi Pack was a no brainer as person(s) I know used to work for the company/design. They were the point of contact for sending over the files of what was needed and doing the pick up for the stickers. They first went to the store in person to print off sample labels over the weekend (on Saturday), to make sure it worked. Kate, who was amazing through this whole process by the way, was able to print the sample off and only said the format may make the sticker offset a slight amount. However it didn't ruin any of the QR codes and was just fine to work with exactly what we needed. Getting the last minute information for said remaining stickers an email was sent Monday(At 9:41 am) following that Saturday stating that pages 12 - 14 of the labels needed to be printed and could be picked up later in the day. There was some back and forth from that point on from Ariana, the head designer. That they wouldn't work and needed to be redesigned. Here's the deal, the label designs/codes are through a market, not by personal choice/design. Hence the reason why a sample print off was done. I would pay a rush fee, I would pay to have anything adjusted if needed to be done. That was relayed through e-mail. This was not in my wheelhouse, and exactly why I decided to go to Speedi Pack for services they offer. Made sense to as we were busy with set up. Coming to UT from out of state there is a lot of moving parts when setting up for a market. I just needed help with a few more sheets of stickers, that is all. By 2:35PM it was emailed "Okay, we can work on setting up these files. It won't be ready today, but we will let you know when they are all setup and printed." That was not helpful. It felt as though we were being strung along all day to be passed onto the next person because she didn't want to fufill making small adjustments for a small order. I truly didn't think printing out labels would be an issue but this added another layer of stress that was absolutely unnecessary. And to be honest, the friends who have done this work were upset as it would have taken maybe 5-10 minutes to change. So instead of going back and forth throughout the day, she could have moved forward with the requests. What ended up happening is that friend who was handling the emailing, decided to go into Speedi Pack to try and get this figured out. They found out that Kate (again so thankful) took initiative, went ahead, adjusted and printed them out. I really want to showcase Kate in this review as I said there wasn't just bad, there was good. She may have been the person who started on this task initially with just trying out the sample prints, but she saw that a service needed to be done and did it when others wouldn't. I hope this review shows how valuable an employee like Kate is. I know at the end of the day it just seems like a lot for just stickers, but it's not a good look for a business especially when doing a service for another business. Because at the end of the day all orders, big and small are what support small companies like Speedi Pack. I truly hope in the future, if I need another service from Speedi Pack, I don't have a to request a specific person to handle an order. read more

Need a last minute printing service...found speeds Pack & Ship right around the corner. They have it all, cards, banners, posters, vinal stickers (all shapes/sizes/fonts), to lamenating services. I thought for the quickness and great produce, it was a VERY reasonable price. Overall great service and store. read more

Amazing service. The staff are well-trained or just naturally well-mannered and diligent. When I came in, they were helping someone else, but a girl said, "we'll be right with you," and they were! I needed some very large copies for an art project. The girl that helped me did the best she could, then offered a different service that might do better. They even made some copies to show me what it might look like, but didn't charge me for them! Very happy! read more

I have used Speedi Pack many times over the past few years. They have designed and printed the invitations for two of our daughters weddings as well as graduation announcements. We have had several other projects printed here too. They always put things together exactly as we request & complete things so quickly (Speedi is not just a clever name). After a few days, the package we were trying to ship to Illinois was put on our doorstep. My father brought the package to USPS and they helped him. The lady at USPS said "Yeah they get things wrong a lot", thankfully the people at USPS took the money paid at Speedi Pack off, which did mean that we didn't lose any money. But today I wanted to ship a package FedEx and was told that they do not carry the free shipping boxes FedEx provides because "we want you to buy OUR boxes." That seems a little odd to me. It is not oriented around the customer anymore. It is oriented strictly towards business. I think I'm taking my business directly to the FedEx shipping center. read more

Speedi pack has great customer service. Yes, they offer shipping services to include complete, safe, and incredibly drop proof packages. I kid you not the doubling boxing, peanut packing, and the strapping tape is incredible. You get what pay for and you cannot 1 star a company because they are a packing and print shop not wanting to give away materials. On that note, I have dropped packages for FedEx to pick up that are 100% free and their drop off service is 100% free. This being said I find the review from 6/10/2017 "a little odd" as having done business with Speedi Pack and Ship for a couple decades and seeing the very tight, professional and organized family run business model I am certain that no one behind that counter wearing a company apron would have said to any customer they do not carry the free shipping boxes FedEx provides because "we want you to buy OUR boxes." If you want free then drive the 1/4 mile north to FedEx and pick em up your self and stop being lazy and cheap. Its worth noting that Fedex also has incredible customer service. You may get a thin free box but they also charge you a handling fee for packing up any item you have. "That seems a little odd to me. It is not oriented around the customer anymore. It is oriented strictly towards business." Yes, Speedi pack is oriented around their business which is customer service!! I am so tired of Yelp being used as an echo chamber for the entitled cry babies of the world. To prove myself and this is a verifiable story (Speedi Pack keeps their customer transactions for years) that happened several years ago to me. I had two odd and awkward shaped computers that I sold on eBay. Because of their shape and weight, I took them to Speedi Pack to let them handle it. I also sold these items with overnight service as part of the deal. Holy crap was it expensive. $300 ($150 each) for their complete packing plus FedEx overnight service. What happened next (after I left the store with my tracking notices) was due to the weight and value they were left untouched that day. The girl working the counter was instructed to leave heavy and super expensive items for the owner to handle himself. My items just happened to fall into both categories. As a result, they were not packaged and shipped until the following Monday when the owner returned. I was so mad when notified by my customer that the tracking I put on the item had not even shown as picked up yet. I returned on Monday and that is when all of this was explained to me. none the less I was angry and unprofessional in how I behaved. I asked (rather demanded) getting my shipping refunded since my guarantee delivery was blown and not because of FedEx. Instead, they ate the entire $300 and while I was inconsolable at the moment I came back a week later to ship another very similar item. The owner was all smiles and great attitude like nothing happened. He even asked me if everything arrived safely and how was the packing job. Man, I felt stupid for being so angry the week earlier. The girl up front was just doing her job and just didn't make the connection with the overnight shipping I had just paid for but was following her supervisor's instructions. The fact they refunded me (and very quickly without any hassle) shows why they have been in business for so long. When I read the only comment on this company as 1 star and what it said, I realized that social media gives people a platform to blow off their anger at a company even when it is not true. This is what holds companies hostage. I remembered my extraordinary transaction and felt I needed to chime in and set the story straight about this customer driven, customer oriented company. read more

We had an 1898 Ladies Home Journal. We had archive-framed the cover but because of its condition, we couldn't include the whole newspaper. Speedi Pack laminated all the other pages and they look wonderful. This way family members can handle the pages without more damage to them. And it wasn't expensive! Thank you! read more
