Usually a pretty good UPS store. However, they got a new kid (skinny dark hair) in there that's cranky and clearly doesn't want to be working. There's plenty of people unemployed that would love to be working there, so if your staff is going to be grumpy like that, get rid of them and get somebody happy to be there. read more

UPS moved locations, but there's no sign saying so. Luckily we happened to drive by the new location before heading to Kaysville. The new UPS store is where the Zumies used to be. It's in a nice little spot and looks like they'll be offering more services (I saw printers and tables). My first visit at their old location wasn't the most pleasant. We had to walk down to Sally's because UPS didn't have a pen for us to use. I thought it was very weird that they didn't have one, but when we walked back in (after borrowing one from Sally's), they pulled out a pen for the customer in front of us. Maybe they just found it...I'm not sure. The new location is awesome! The people working there today were really nice, and sending the package out was a breeze! This UPS Store and UPS in general is a joke if you have any problem whatsoever. There is no coordination between anyone. I had this store pack and ship a computer. Was told that they would cover up to $100 in damages when I paid them. I also asked them to please pack it very carefully since it is a computer. When my customer received the item, it was damaged and the reason the customer stated was that it was "packed badly in an oversized box." I called the Store talked to the manager and she referred me to the 800 UPS number where I spent 2.5 months getting the runaround from every department there from customer service to claims to damage and some other place I have no idea they sent me. I was told something different by each person. What happened was, they were supposed to send an agent to do an onsite inspection when the damage occurred. I notified the customer of this and he was happy to oblige. But several weeks passed by and I heard nothing back from UPS. They tell me it could take up to 6 weeks so after that time I called them and they said for some reason they didn't send anyone to do the on site inspection. So I explained this over and over to everyone but no one at UPS wants to take responsibility. The last person I talked to seemed to want to help and said that I needed to call the store back since I had them pack it and they would reimburse me for the $100 + shipping/packing charges. Since that store told me that when I shipped it, that made sense to me. So I called them back after nearly 3 months and talked to the manager again and she was trying to fast talk her way out of taking responsibility telling me that I needed to call the 800 number back and deal with them - even after I explained how I had been given the runaround for nearly 3 months. She reluctantly told me she would call them to find out why they had me call her. She told me she would call me back the next day. She never called me back. I believe her name was Tasha. I can honestly say that this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced by any company. Frustrating beyond belief. UPS 100% damaged the item that I shipped. There's no doubt. Pics were taken by the customer when it happened - there is definitive proof. But UPS will NOT take responsibility. I get to bear the cost of their mistake. Disgraceful. read more

I tried to ship an electronic device back to the manufacturer for service. The clerk asked me if it fit on a gun, I told him that it "could', but it could fit on about anything. Continuos bad service. UPS attempts to nickel and dime people. They told me that because I forgot my label that it would be $.06 to print a copy of a label (no problem). And then tell me it's $1.00 to email them?!? Since when does email cost them a dime???! Insanity. I work at a very large retailer and print things out all the time for guests. I have been here twice since moving to the area, and have had the worst customer service I have ever experienced on two different occasions. They also refuse to give me a receipt when I drop an Amazon return, which I have NEVER experienced at any other UPS store on top of being rude and lazy. They act bothered that you are even there. This is the worst UPS store I have ever been too. Unfortunately for me its the closest one to me so if Im not home to pick up a package from UPS it gets sent to this store. Within the last year this UPS store has lost two of my packages, each valued over 300$. My tracking numbers say it has been delivered to this store and when I spoke to the manager she verified that an employee from this store signed for my package yet they cannot find it. The manager has told me multiple times she would call me back within a few days to keep me updated on my package but not once have I ever received a call back. Thats BAD coming from a regular employee but its TERRIBLE when a manager says this and does not follow through. If I didn't have to I would never use the services this store provides. I wish I knew how to contact upper level management about my issues with this store to let them know how crummy this store is run. Do yourself a favor AVOID this store as if it has the plague. Its worth going to a different UPS store to avoid the hassles this store provides for its customers. I wish I could ask UPS to drop off my expensive packages to a different store when Im not around to sign for them. This store absolutely sucks. read more

I mailed a package there and they destroyed the contents, but did not refund the shipping. Luckily, I had it insured, but I think when you destroy something, then you don't get to keep the money I paid you to deliver it. Also, my wife was ripped off twice by their incompetent staff. I went in seeking help with the archaic method of mailing out invitations. Ashton (aka Ashy) was very helpful and patient with me. He answered all of my questions and provided the best options to send out my invitations. He also made it so UPS was my one-stop shop even though I was using USPS to send my invitations. Complete incompetence and unprofessional attitude, especially from the store manager. I had to drop off a package for a DHL pickup, which this store was listed as a DHL drop off facility. I dropped off the package 10/25/17 to be delivered to the UK. Assuming the package was on its way, I followed up with the recipient to confirm the receipt of my package. They advised that it was never received. I finally tracked down the problem, and it was due the UPS store and employees taking no action to get this handed off to DHL. One male employee at the UPS store claimed that it was picked up and returned to the UPS store, which is completely inaccurate. The package was sitting on their floor for 25 days and no one bothered to call me to let me know. When I confronted the manager this morning, she indicated they have made calls to DHL and it was their driver that never picked it up. Also, she kept insisting that the package was already picked up and is no longer in the store. I demanded for her to look again, and sure enough, the package was sitting on the floor, collecting dust. I took the package to DHL in SLC and had them ship it. According to DHL, this package was never picked up during the entire time. This woman lacks any management skills and refuses to take responsibility for herself or her employees for the carelessness and neglect of my package. read more

This UPS Store overcharged me for shipping a package with insurance. Actual shipping cost was 54.37 to ship an iPad with insurance to my office. I spoke with the customer service department for all UPS Stores and they admitted that I was overcharged and franchises cannot charge whatever they want. I requested that my complaint be escalated and all they did was send the store an email asking them to contact me of course they never did. I've sent a letter to the corporate office and no response from them either. Very poor customer service and very bad attitude by UPS overall. My daughter who shipped the package to me called the store and they laughed at her and said they can charge whatever they want. I believe this store should refund me 27.34 for the amount over charged. The total of the shipping should have only been 27.03 based on size of package weight and ground shipment not 54.37. The package weighed 4-lbs and they charged me for 13-lbs. Respectfully all I want is a refund for 27.34 the amount that I was overcharged.
