I asked her why, and she told me because it had a sticker on it. I told her I could take it off, I had put it on there myself. She told me no, I had to schedule a pickup from my house. When we got home, I went to do so, and they were going to charge me $40 for pick up because it was a residential area. What the heck?! I ended up finding a drop off location in a local store, and they took it no problem. I don't understand what the issue was with a STICKER on a box that didn't affect shipping , scanning, or anything. The attitude I was given was too much for a stressful situation. Had she explained the problem, we could have resolved it, and my package could have been delivered by now. Super frustrating. Employees need a little extra customer service training it seems. They should take some pointers from Kaysville!

My mail was being sent back to the senders causing even more problems. I went into the post office and told the workers about it, and they were INSANELY rude. Barely said a word to me when I told them about the problem and that the lock needs to be replaced. THEN they were supposed to call me when it was ready (which they NEVER do) and of course they didn't. I had to file a whole new claim and wait for them to get back to me just for them to tell me it's ready. Wouldn't recommend this place because the people working at the store could give less of a crap about you and the problems THEY caused.

This is one location that I can purchase stamps or shipping labels at odd hours of the day if need be, as well as drop off. As a full time mom and teacher, it is hard to find time to drop packages off during buisness hours, so the Roy location was the perfect stop for me when I was living at my last house about ten minutes south of here. I ended up moving further south, and the post office near me doesn't allow for any packages or mail to be dropped off, so I'll often times drive 45 minutes or so out of my way just to drop larger packages off here. We never received a confirmation email, but our card had been charged, so we gave the company about two weeks before we reached out (knowing it's a busy time of the year). I emailed them on a Sunday night and received a response on Monday morning saying our prints were done, but they'd been having issues with their emailing system. I guess they had been done for quite some time, but they didn't want to pester us to come pick them up (knowing it's a busy time of year for everyone). We Google Mapped the address since we had never picked up from this business before. Google Maps kept popping up with a home address. We called the company to verify and they told us the address is correct and it's a home address. Pick up was smooth and quick. The lady who answered the door was really nice and had our prints ready to go. The quality and price of our prints were great. We will definitely order from this company again.
