I just spent $40 on less than 15lbs of laundry and it doesn't even smell clean. Like, how is that possible? Please stop advertising wash and fold as a service because I do t know what you did, but that was NOT what happened to my clothes. They still smell slightly sweaty and dirty just like when I dropped them off. They weren't gross just worn. This is by FAR the WORST laundry wash/fold I have experienced, the most expensive and it took the longest!! I could have just left them in my laundry basket and saved $40. So upset. Now I have to spend more money and actually wash my clothes.

I brought my tuxedo by yesterday and was told they would have it ready after 5 pm today. I come back to pick it up after being promised that it would be ready today just to be told that it now won't be ready till after 5 pm on Monday. I leave Monday at 7am to drive to Nevada. They give me my tuxedo back and shirt and now it's not cleaned or pressed and is even more wrinkles then it was before I dropped it off. No other cleaners in the area can clean mine in time for the ball as a result. I came here because they have better prices than others. Now I get to be embarrassed when I go to the Marine Ball because I won't look as good as others. Happy Veterans Day to me. I will never come to this cleaners again.

I took 5 blankets my mom had in to be cleaned in early August; they were supposed to be delivered within a few weeks (these had to be sent elsewhere to be dry cleaned -- which is fine). I found out this week that my mom still hasn't received them, so I called the Layton location. They were nice enough - offering to look through their racks and system to see if they could find them. 30 minutes later, they called back saying they found 3 of the 5 blankets, and that they'd keep looking for the other two. The updated delivery date (basically 1 block away to a senior living facility) is now 4 business days away. No apology; no offer to reduce or erase the cost; no offer to expedite delivery. They are an ok dry cleaner, but do not expect much more than the bare minimum, and keep receipts.

Took it in on Tuesday they told me they'd have it ready for me Monday. Monday around 5:00pm comes around I haven't heard anything from them so I give them a call they said "it'll be ready tomorrow" (Tuesday) They call me Tuesday saying it's ready, I pick it up do some errands finally when I get home I take out the veil and the smell of stored just hits me. Not only am I out $30 I have a smelly veil still. To top it off I was caught off by the $30 since when I dropped it off they told me it would be $15-$20.

I recived a text at 4:00 that afternoon that my clothers were ready for picup. I was able to pick my clothes up early and they looked great. Very friendly and quality service on time . Honestly getting the text message really helped the process. I would recomend RH to anyone.
