    Nice new clean machines

    I place was clean there were some new machines that I loved using. The place is very plain Jane and not a comfortable place to sit. I didn't see an attendant in duty like I am used to in other locations. I felt my clothes were cleaner than places that had old machines. I wish they used the pay app as I never bring enough quarters.

    Very clean and new machines. Manager said hi and was very friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

    9 of there machines were broken. The coin slot was jammed or broken. The other 3 ate my quarters and would not run.

The laundry was to be ready for pickup the Friday before my trip (and true to their word, it was). It wasn't until Saturday evening that I realized I had forgotten to pick up my clothing. I used the contact button on their website, thinking it was likely a lost cause. To my surprise, I received an email response within an hour. Hampton Cleaners WILLINGLY made arrangements with me and my clothing was able to be picked up an hour before I had to head to the airport. These folks went above and beyond - exceeding my expectations in helping me fix my mistake.

Then brought in a work shirt and my husbands wedding shirt. They returned them with heavy blotches and stains and the said the stains were our fault and that we got super glue all over the shirts. We do not own super glue, we do not use super glue, and I guarantee there was no super glue at the most recent wedding we attended. Do not use these cleaners if you have anything that is special or needs careful attention. If they ruin it- it will be you YOUR fault. Hamptons know your demographic- we don't want your money- we want our time back- take care of your customers and they will keep coming back....We will take our business to Sagels.

    Harley D. On May 22, I was supposed to pick up 2 new white…read moredress shirts, but they couldn't find them. After 2 weeks of checking back on their progress the shirts still couldn't be found. I contacted the manager, Doug Kirk and he asked me to give them 6 more weeks, because losing or giving clothes to another person happens often. After that time elapsed I initiated a call back to Doug to see what was going on. He asked for the receipts and said that I would receive a reimbursement by that Friday or the following Wednesday. I called Doug back and was told that he would have to check with the accounting department and promised that I would receive a reimbursement within another week. I waited 2 weeks - no reimbursement and no call back from Doug. I tried and tried to get in touch with Doug for another week (leaving messages). Finally, he answered my call and told me that he would again have to call the accounting department, but it may take 8 weeks. That was yesterday, August 19th. He gave me an email address (logan@yourvalet.com) to send them the dress shirt purchase receipts. I have never been treated like this before. 3 months and waiting is an unacceptable business practice. Will I be using Superior Cleaning in Logan UT again? Will I recommend this business? Will I tell everyone I know about this experience? Rating: Customer Service - terrible. Quality is abysmal.

    The cleaner near my home closed, so I gave Faye's several tries before writing this review. In…read moreshort: quick service, but inconsistent quality and billing issues. My search for a reliable cleaner in Layton continues. What worked well: - Turnaround time is fast--often next day. - The pull-through drive-up window is very convenient. - Staff are generally friendly and focused on service. Where it fell short: The pressing quality isn't up to the standard I've seen at other cleaners. Collars on both casual and dress shirts were often pressed too high, sometimes leaving ties exposed in the back. Billing has been a recurring frustration. Every single visit, their system flagged my card as declined--even though my bank confirmed no charges were declined. Swapping cards would "fix" it temporarily, but the problem returned the next time. Every time. Quality control is inconsistent. One example: a button replacement on shorts cost more than expected, yet the button popped off after only two wears. Bottom line: The fast turnaround and convenience don't outweigh the quality issues and billing headaches. The staff are pleasant, but the quality assurance just isn't there. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Here's hoping someone opens a well-run, dependable cleaner in Layton soon--because so far, I'm zero for three.
