When I arrived, there were a couple washers running but nobody else was in the building. It was a weekday morning when I was there. I opted to use coins for my laundry cycles, however, they also offer a credit card option where you swipe your card and select the washer/dryer number to start it. The washer was $8.00 per wash and I paid an extra $0.25 for an extra rinse. The dryer was $4.50. These costs seemed high to me, but I don't regularly use the laundry mat and they may have been higher due to the high capacity selections I made. I waited in the building while my laundry was in progress. Only a couple of people came and went, and no one that worked there every came by. There was a vending area and a restroom as well. The cleanliness was better than several places I've been in, but some general pickup could have been done to make it better. I would return here again when I'm in need of the laundry mat for larger items, or if my home machines stop working.

This is by FAR the WORST laundry wash/fold I have experienced, the most expensive and it took the longest!! I could have just left them in my laundry basket and saved $40. So upset. I come back to pick it up after being promised that it would be ready today just to be told that it now won't be ready till after 5 pm on Monday. I leave Monday at 7am to drive to Nevada. They give me my tuxedo back and shirt and now it's not cleaned or pressed and is even more wrinkles then it was before I dropped it off. No other cleaners in the area can clean mine in time for the ball as a result. I came here because they have better prices than others. Now I get to be embarrassed when I go to the Marine Ball because I won't look as good as others. Happy Veterans Day to me. I will never come to this cleaners again.

I took 5 blankets my mom had in to be cleaned in early August; they were supposed to be delivered within a few weeks (these had to be sent elsewhere to be dry cleaned -- which is fine). I found out this week that my mom still hasn't received them, so I called the Layton location. They were nice enough - offering to look through their racks and system to see if they could find them. 30 minutes later, they called back saying they found 3 of the 5 blankets, and that they'd keep looking for the other two. The updated delivery date (basically 1 block away to a senior living facility) is now 4 business days away. No apology; no offer to reduce or erase the cost; no offer to expedite delivery. They are an ok dry cleaner, but do not expect much more than the bare minimum, and keep receipts.
