They make it convenient to pay by CC, cash, or via an app. Supplies like detergent, bleach, and softeners are available for purchase and there are snack and drink machines. They offer wash and fold services as well.

It's definitely not horrible and I don't mind too much since it's really well-kept.

When I arrived, there were a couple washers running but nobody else was in the building. It was a weekday morning when I was there. I opted to use coins for my laundry cycles, however, they also offer a credit card option where you swipe your card and select the washer/dryer number to start it. The washer was $8.00 per wash and I paid an extra $0.25 for an extra rinse. The dryer was $4.50. These costs seemed high to me, but I don't regularly use the laundry mat and they may have been higher due to the high capacity selections I made. I waited in the building while my laundry was in progress. Only a couple of people came and went, and no one that worked there every came by. There was a vending area and a restroom as well. The cleanliness was better than several places I've been in, but some general pickup could have been done to make it better. I would return here again when I'm in need of the laundry mat for larger items, or if my home machines stop working.

They give me my tuxedo back and shirt and now it's not cleaned or pressed and is even more wrinkles then it was before I dropped it off. No other cleaners in the area can clean mine in time for the ball as a result. I came here because they have better prices than others. Now I get to be embarrassed when I go to the Marine Ball because I won't look as good as others. Happy Veterans Day to me. I will never come to this cleaners again.

I just spent $40 on less than 15lbs of laundry and it doesn't even smell clean. Like, how is that possible? Please stop advertising wash and fold as a service because I do t know what you did, but that was NOT what happened to my clothes. They still smell slightly sweaty and dirty just like when I dropped them off. They weren't gross just worn. This is by FAR the WORST laundry wash/fold I have experienced, the most expensive and it took the longest!! I could have just left them in my laundry basket and saved $40. So upset. Now I have to spend more money and actually wash my clothes.

My search for a reliable cleaner in Layton continues. What worked well: - Turnaround time is fast--often next day. - The pull-through drive-up window is very convenient. - Staff are generally friendly and focused on service. Where it fell short: The pressing quality isn't up to the standard I've seen at other cleaners. Collars on both casual and dress shirts were often pressed too high, sometimes leaving ties exposed in the back. Billing has been a recurring frustration. Every single visit, their system flagged my card as declined--even though my bank confirmed no charges were declined. Swapping cards would "fix" it temporarily, but the problem returned the next time. Every time. Quality control is inconsistent. One example: a button replacement on shorts cost more than expected, yet the button popped off after only two wears. Bottom line: The fast turnaround and convenience don't outweigh the quality issues and billing headaches. The staff are pleasant, but the quality assurance just isn't there. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Here's hoping someone opens a well-run, dependable cleaner in Layton soon--because so far, I'm zero for three.
