I opted to use coins for my laundry cycles, however, they also offer a credit card option where you swipe your card and select the washer/dryer number to start it. The washer was $8.00 per wash and I paid an extra $0.25 for an extra rinse. The dryer was $4.50. These costs seemed high to me, but I don't regularly use the laundry mat and they may have been higher due to the high capacity selections I made. I waited in the building while my laundry was in progress. Only a couple of people came and went, and no one that worked there every came by. There was a vending area and a restroom as well. The cleanliness was better than several places I've been in, but some general pickup could have been done to make it better. I would return here again when I'm in need of the laundry mat for larger items, or if my home machines stop working.

They were nice enough - offering to look through their racks and system to see if they could find them. 30 minutes later, they called back saying they found 3 of the 5 blankets, and that they'd keep looking for the other two. The updated delivery date (basically 1 block away to a senior living facility) is now 4 business days away. No apology; no offer to reduce or erase the cost; no offer to expedite delivery. They are an ok dry cleaner, but do not expect much more than the bare minimum, and keep receipts.
