    They have poor parking and rude employees. I would rather drive a bit further than return to this location.

    Had no clue how to ship and the girls inside were very helpful. They made everything easy and even helped me print the return label.

    Do not ship anything of value, it will be stolen. My son was moving home right before Christmas…read more Due to weather, he was unable to drive. So he took his things to this store to ship home. He had several pairs of high end sneakers. He took his belongings to the store and they helped him box them up. He purchased $1,000 in insurance even though the shoes were worth much more than that. A week later, the box arrived at our home in St Louis. We signed for the box and took it inside. Upon opening the sealed box, we discovered that all the shoe boxes had been opened and the most expensive pair was missing ($750 pair) along with the box. We immediately filed a claim. We took pictures of the tape on the box that had been clearly cut open and re-taped. We supplied those pictures. For a month we have gotten the run around. Misinformations has repeatedly been given to UPS corporate and we were just told that in order for the claim to proceed, we need the original receipt for the shoes and the packing label from the box. Both of which they knew on day one that we didn't have. We have been calling them several times a week for a month and UPS corporate refers us to the store. The store gives us the run around and says it is UPS corporate that is holding up the process. Someone stole from us. I would not ship anything of value here!

    I ran into UPS hoping to find a paper cutter. They did have one, but it would have taken me so long…read moreto cut what I needed too. Will, who was working, offered to cut them for me. It took him 5 min. and he would not let me pay anything. Thank you! It's awesome to go into a business who has such great employees.

    Less than positive culture continues at this store.... "Top Down Management" continues to fail…read more I've not had reason or desire to use this store until recently since long before them relocating. Apparently #UPS @UPS doesn't monitor franchise store owner/staff customer service/behavior. -When I asked if I will receive "tracking information" on a package that I was sending the reply, not in a positive tone was; "That's not us, we don't provide it, it's them"! Assuming he meant it was the company that provided the label? When I returned home, I realized that information was missing from several fields on the receipt provided. Curious if tracking information from UPS would be provided if pertinent information was loaded into your system when a package is dropped off? I would have used Fed Ex as they automatically provide tracking information connected to ones email address, shipping address, phone number and name in their system. One has to believe, if your staff were to take the time to infill pertinent information when accepting a package that tracking would be provided? Doesn't seem like rocket science, but perhaps it is. In the end, if you're "NOT UPS" as you state in reply to other review and you're not interested in using your game, perhaps you should lower the UPS signs in and around your property.

    Took a box to be shipped to another state.....store was empty and asked attendant to help taking…read morebox out of trunk as I am 85 years old and he refused although he was just standing there doing nothing. terrible customer service.....not a smile or a thank you....much nicer employees at the previous location. will never go back to that location.
