This shop is consistently customer based. I had a bunch of cards that I needed to get printed out as name tags for reunion. I ordered them. They were so quickly done but what I was really grateful for is that they had been cut and packaged for me when I anticipated having to laboriously cut up all the paper myself. Special shout out to Mitch at this Alphagraphics location. I typically use this location for work printing needs that I can't do at home. They had made me a proof of a document that I had messed up, and I had to go back two days in a row to view two new prints after messing up my document I sent over. The second day I stopped by, I was questioning if I needed to send over another print, because the documents were larger than I expected (due to my error, not Alphagraphics). I was already having a hard day, had already had a difficult week, and was particularly stressed about this project and how many times I had messed it up. Mitch, the guy at the front desk who I had only met once briefly the day before, simply said "Corynn, you're being too hard on yourself." This sounds so cheesy, but I'm not exaggerating when I say I almost teared up in that moment just because I had several moments of feeling overwhelmed throughout the week, and this particular moment of me messing up the document a third time was my last straw. The documents ended up looking great, I used them for an event, no one seemed to notice the small errors/critiques I had of them myself, and Mitch was right, I was being too hard on myself. This location has always been so responsive, gives realistic timelines for everything I've submitted to them, and I've always been happy with what has been printed. I've been a loyal customer here for quite some time and today I ended that trend. I walked in to simply have one single paper printed as i was in a bind and my printed had broken. The lady said "you're going to pay 5 dollars to print this one piece of paper" I was shocked. She said since March they have had a five dollar minimum. I told her i wasn't aware and literally just need a single page printed and asked if she was empowered to make a one time exception. She said no and that the owner doesn't make exceptions either. I told her I've used them for all of my business since moving to Utah and that didn't matter in the slightest. I'm all about customer service. I respect having a minimum but also empowering your team to value customers and say "hey this one time we'll print this off for you because we want to have you back for your larger projects" read more

I know the expression "Failure to plan on your part does not constitute and emergency on my part!" Great experience with these guys. They got my job done much faster than expected, which was helpful since I was already under a time crunch. They communicated well with me during the process, notifying me of minor changes that had to be made so my materials would print and cut properly. Best of all, when I showed up, the price I paid was less than what I was quoted at. Brooke saved me money by fitting multiple parts on one sheet of paper, so I paid less than what I was prepared and willing to pay. Definitely recommend for company printing jobs. read more

I needed to design and printed funeral programs for my mother's service. Brittany at AlphaGraphics in Millcreek had no problem helping me. She did an amazing job! She understood my vision and the creative design that I really wanted to honor my late mother. The memorial programs where folded, done quickly and mailed to Los Angeles where the services took place. I was very impressed with the quality of the entire job and the excellent staff. Quick, friendly, educated staff. These guys are incredible. I had menus done with a specific logo and the price was really reasonable.

AlphaGraphics franchises are independently owned and operated. Who knew?! Not me. This means that their prices and products vary from location to location... While this is not the location nearest to me, I will drive out of my way to get my printing done here. I have done business at this location for the past 2 years because their service is the best. They're timely with their quotes, get projects done quickly (today my postcards were done same-day at no extra cost to me), and their prices beat every FedEx Kinkos, Office Depot, and other AlphaGraphics locations I checked. read more

They charge me $29 to scan a document. Ridiculous! They said it costs more because it was color but that is nonsense; they didn't have to print it. For that price I could have it printed on a huge poster. They also charged to send me the document or save it to a flash drive. What good is a scanned document if I don't get a digital copy? That's the whole point of scanning it. It shouldn't cost extra to give it to you. Plus, they emailed the pages in the wrong order so I have to redo it but I'm not going back to fix it. I went to Office Max instead and they charged me a whopping $1 to scan, in color, AND send the documents. It's more of a drive for me but I'll make it every time if the price difference is that big. read more

Today I met the two owners of this location. My three kids and I were in the store at closing for about 20 minutes while one of the employees was helping me figure out an order that was printed wrong. After 20 minutes, you can imagine my kids were getting a little impatient in the store, but were still acting how you would expect normal kids to act. In most instances, you would expect that someone might feel some empathy - a young mother with three young kids stuck with a wrong order. Instead, the two owners were immediately impatient and rude to my kids. When I questioned this poor treatment of my kids, I was told that they had just paid big dollars to have the windows cleaned. If that doesn't highlight an institutional problem with the owners, I don't know what does. They care more about glass than they do about their paying customers. One of the employees, who felt badly about the way I was being treated told me the owners are grouches- I have never been treated so poorly and I can only imagine how they treat their employees. read more
