I had an issue the day prior at a similar type store in Oxnard. Then I came to PostNet and I was impressed just walking in the door. It's so clean and professional and welcoming. But the best part was Joe. He helped me immediately even though I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. He was friendly, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. You'd think he had a degree in fingerprinting (maybe he does?). Anyway, I was just so pleased with the entire experience that I had to post this and I never write reviews. The first time I walked in after the ownership change, I still remember Norma greeting me with a great big smile and a warm, positive attitude. From that point on, I've sincerely enjoyed every visit to the shop, even though I'm just going in to do the mundane task of picking up and sending out mail. At this point, even my youngest son looks forward to Postal Magic visits. Norma is always ready with a free sticker or cute little toy that she generously offers to him. It's just one example of the kind, honest, and good-natured values with which Norma runs the shop. I think my little one might even have a crush on Norma because she is so nice to him! I wouldn't consider using another malbox center in town even if I lived across town. I can always depend on Norma and her mailbox prices are extremely reasonable compared to others. I was trying to ship a box with a pre-label and it was through an eBay sale. The man at the desk told me that I needed a QR code and I insisted that I opted for the option without a QR code. I had already printed out the label and taped it on the box. There was no need for the QR code. He said I could not ship it that way, so just to be on the safe side, I stepped out of line had no phone signal inside so I went outside and I contacted eBay and they said that the pre-printed label would be fine because that was the option I chose. Mind you It took about 30 minutes to get a person on the phone, I go back into the post office and wait in line , when I went back to the desk with another clerk this time because I did not want to speak with the one that I had previously spoken to who was no help, because he was so dead set on me, scanning some kind of QR code.The second clerk was able to process and scan my pre-printed label within 2 minutes and no problem the box got shipped so I spent about 45minutes at that point wasted trying to figure out this QR code that did not exist. Extremely annoyed that this could have been shipped and processed in like five minutes took so long, this was the first time I had to ship something in this manner and a little help or even insight would have been nice , instead I got blank looks and told no and then told yes by another. So annoyed, I will not be back to this post office ever again!

What I've learned in business is there are always two stories and the truth. You can decide where I come in on this. So let me share my personal experience. I worked with TOPS/Sandy for 2+ years. In that time they fulfilled literally thousands of orders for me. In that time I trusted them with inventory worth a significant sum. In that time they always went above and beyond for us and our "daily deal" e-commerce firm. Obviously in fulfillment things can and do go wrong at times but they were always on top of it and had our best interests at heart. In addition, we had the best overall fulfillment rate from them and we used more than one fulfillment company -- they were our "go to" as long as the inventory was close to their warehouse. I found the smaller operation provided far more customized and personal service than other experiences. I honestly can say I would trust them completely and the very next business I have (my daily deal biz was sold) that would call for fulfillment they would be my FIRST CALL.
