This review is for print services only. It's a very poorly run part of the business. I ordered a simple print job online. It was confirmed that the order was due the following day. I ended up being able to go four days later. First they didn't even realize I had ordered. Then they called the owner because he handles it all and confirmed that they indeed had my order but said it would take awhile and be ready by 5 pm they Day. I asked if I could get a confirmation somehow and he just said it will be ready by 5. Well the email had said it would be ready by three days prior so I thought asking for a confirmation was reasonable but I guess they don't do that? Well I go back the following day, not having any communication. Ku should have called ahead but I was in the area and thought surely they would have contacted me if anything was wrong. Well apparently they had trouble with their system and had to give me a refund. I understand these issues happen but it was handled pretty poorly by the owner. I will say the customer service gentleman was polite and parking was easy. I wouldn't recommend print services here. read more

This store went out of their way to help me ship back my lamp! I couldn't unscrew a piece of the poles from the lamp and one of the workers went to get pliers from the back and easily was able to unscrew the pole and help me get it in the box and pack it up. Can't recommend this store enough and I will be going out of my way to only go to this UPS store from now on! read more

I went into the UPS store to return my Amazon product and none of the staff had masks on which are still required to wear in stores in Ventura county. When I asked the sales person to please put on a mask, he had an attitude and said he didn't have one and I could go to another store. Where is the manager and how do they train their employees? I will find another UPS store which is unfortunate as this one is near my home. read more

Went for the first time to the UPS in this location and I was shocked by the great customer service. I wish I would of gotten the girls name. Very disappointed in UPS. I shipped a package from this store. The tracking number says the item was delivered at destination and left at front door. The person who is receiving the package had the tracking number and was waiting for it. They called me immediately to state it did not arrive as stated. So I called UPS support line 1-800-742-5877, you can only get an automated system who will not forward you to an agent or customer service. It says the package is delivered and forces you to go online to file a claim. So I go online to file a claim and the website does not accept the tracking number. I call the store back asking for help and get none. told there is nothing they can do and I need to call the 800 number. So absolutely no help or customer service help at all. UPS is the worst and I will never use them again. So disappointed that the world has come to this terrible service, what is a customer to do? ugh!! So I write this negative note, maybe if they loose business they will decide to help their customers. read more

I dropped off a package with a UPS label on it ready to ship. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to wait for a receipt. The package never got shipped. It's been over 2 weeks and the tracking indicates it has never been picked up. I guess someone is enjoying the shirts I wanted to return, but they are probably too small for the employees. So glad I found this place! Needed to print some documents that had just been emailed to me. Had a little difficulty finding them, they are a little tricky to spot. They are near the Quiznos and Baja Fresh, next door to Paseo Nails. Very clean and friendly. They let me use the computer to pull up and print without making me pay for Internet. Overheard that they also do notary, and of course they do shipping stuff. Much more convenient and cheaper than Kinko's! read more

This place charges you $5 to print a label because it "takes them away from the register" which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Go somewhere else that doesn't charge you that much for a piece of paper and basic customer service. read more

I had to come on here to express my appreciation and happiness with this UPS store. Specifically on this occasion a man named Jeff was very kind and helpful. Like any company, there are certain rules that need to be followed to make the entire system of whatever that company does work at its optimum peak. This gentleman very kindly explained to me a policy I was unaware of. He made an exception but very kindly let me know what the rule is so for future reference I would know. This UPS always has very friendly, kind, helpful, and efficient workers! Also for anyone else going to UPS just know that if the package you are sending is specific for the post office (USPS label) and it isn't a relatively smaller package you should bring it to the post office instead. In other words, if you yourself can't fit the package into a blue box, chances are you should bring it to the post office! If you are unsure, it never hurts to call and ask. Thank you Jeff for teaching me something new and helping me out! You guys (and girls) really rock and are hero's working diligently through these difficult times. Keep up the amazing work! read more

Every time I'm here the manager is so rude. I've been shipping a lot of things lately due to the holidays and always bring my packages in to weigh & check the price before shipping. I print a label for whichever is cheaper obviously. So this morning I came in with two packages and asked for the shipping cost. Usually they give me multiple options. The manager gave me one price and said that's all they could do. So I printed the much less expensive label via PayPal and went home to print the label and return to ship it. Well when I came back he said they wouldn't take my package because it was USPS and not UPS and they won't ship USPS anymore. I e never had a problem with this before and had shipped many USPS packages from this location. He told me it's a new policy as of a few days ago. I said well, I was just in here earlier today and you didn't tell me that? These packages are not super big, 10" x 7" x 6" boxes. The weigh about 2lbs. Anyway he refused to take them because I didn't print the label there and they didn't fit through the envelope slot. He told me he could only ship the one envelope I had. I asked him if he could hand it back to me to I could take a picture of the tracking and he tossed it at me. Honestly I'm surprised by how rude the manager is and it's every time I've seen him there he has an attitude. I won't be back to this location. read more

I needed some documents printed on cardstock. I first attempted to have them printed by another UPS store and after waiting more than a day for a pick up time, I discovered when tracking my order online that it was cancelled by the store! I called and they said they cancelled the order because they did not have the paper I wanted in stock! I would have appreciated a phone call or email informing me the same day I ordered that they could not process my order! Anyway I then placed the order online at The UPS Store on Verdugo and within an hour I received an email that the order was ready (much faster than I expected!) When I went to pick up the order I was pleasantly surprised with the high quality of the printing! The prices were great, the color was excellent, and service exceptional. I will definitely be back for future printing needs! read more

The manager is very rude. His employees are great. When I shipped some boxes there, the manager, Chris, disregarded the handling of the boxes and turned them sideways to scan them. He seems to be a very lazy guy. No people skills. Since there is no way to do a rebuttal to a rebuttal, I will just add here. The boxes that I "drop off," are boxes pre-paid by a company that does $10s of $1000s a year with UPS--not with just me, alone, but with other shippers, as well. Chris, the owner/manager, is not interested in taking boxes that people drop off, only if he is making his own money on the boxes. He does not realize that those $10s of $1000s a year made by UPS are a part of what allows him to keep his business in operation. Also, it is good for his PR if he bends and complies some with the customer. Chris seems to think that I work for him, when, in fact, it is the other way around. read more
