I am disappointed with my experience at this mail center. A couple of weeks ago, I visited to…read moreinquire about notary services and was told by an employee that the notarization would be free. Based on that information, I returned with my documents to have them notarized. After the notarization was completed, I was informed that there was a $10 fee. Had I been told about the charge during my initial visit, I would have appreciated the opportunity to decide whether to proceed. Instead, I was given inaccurate information and only learned of the fee after the service had already been performed. The issue is not the $10 itself, but the lack of clear and consistent communication. Customers should be able to rely on the information provided by staff, especially regarding pricing. Being quoted one price--or in this case, no charge at all--and then being charged afterward creates confusion and undermines trust.

I knew that if I shipped it through the Postal Service that it would get lost. There's no tracking involved with their service. I had a bad experience at the Fedex at University Mall, so I was not going there again. A young girl named Kate helped me with my shipment. She reassured me over and over again that my shipment would be in good hands. She explained to me customs, taxes/duties, and pretty much everything that comes along with international shipping. She was also able to get me a quote for a package that I was sending to another country. If that's not enough, she went the extra mile to call UPS Corporate and make sure that the goods that I was sending were okay to send even though I wasn't ready to ship my second package out yet.
