Upon arriving the lady was busy with one of the machines, she just looked up as I said hi and kept doing what she was doing until she finished. Her tone was extremely rude as she described that the envelope is express Mail but the label is ground. I wouldn't mind changing it if she let me. She was almost yelling in my face. She said "If our driver lost your package, it would not be our fault since you packaged it this way". I mean how can you say that. She could just let me repackage it but instead just took the package and gave me the receipt. I was stunned at the experience. I have never had such a horrible experience. Not even time to correct it. I mean if you had a bad day I get it, everyone does sometimes but that's no reason to be that rude.

I stopped by the place to print a single digital file! I had my own piece of paper with me too!…read more I was completely shocked by not only the fact that I was charged almost $12 for a single black and white image that I didn't like, but also by the attitude of the employee. The white lady with short hair, seems to have issues and gets frustrated and stressed over trivial things! She charged me $8 for some basic size adjustment! Literally a couple of clicks! She also has a tone that she makes feel i don't know what I'm doing! The only reason why I put 2 stars instead of 1 or even zero is because a minute later her coworker intervened and got $8 back, and went through the process again! Later that week, I received an email informing that the refund was a miscommunication, and that she was technically supposed to charge that much, which is ironic because I got way much better experience and more satisfying result at staples in that very location, for literally $0.5.

Based on that information, I returned with my documents to have them notarized. After the notarization was completed, I was informed that there was a $10 fee. Had I been told about the charge during my initial visit, I would have appreciated the opportunity to decide whether to proceed. Instead, I was given inaccurate information and only learned of the fee after the service had already been performed. The issue is not the $10 itself, but the lack of clear and consistent communication. Customers should be able to rely on the information provided by staff, especially regarding pricing. Being quoted one price--or in this case, no charge at all--and then being charged afterward creates confusion and undermines trust.
