Huge fan of coming here however, there is one complaint that I feel needs to be brought up between employees. I always receive amazing service from the young boy upfront with a little bit longer hair. He's absolutely incredible with customer service. However, I would like to leave a bit of a note for the older guy who I believe is the manager. I think it would be wise if when your employees make a mistake, you don't publicly announce it to the customers waiting in the lobby. As I was waiting for my mail, the older Manager started making a scene about a mistake, The younger kid had made. This is something that needs to be corrected in private not in a situation where customers are in the lobby waiting. I can't imagine how he talks to his employees behind closed doors, if this is how he speaks to them in front of customers. So my review is this, I would leave five stars for the young boy upfront who is quick efficient and always nice. the older guy who is usually in the back, step it up.

The box was oversized and the packing job was amateur. Unfortunately, they have no quality assurance for someone to check the work of the individuals who pack your items. It appears they do not have special training for what they are doing. I paid extra for insurance on this item and that turns out to be a joke. I regret that I did not use UPS and add this information to warn others.

He understood my situation, and I felt that he and Pak Mail were taking my needs seriously. The paintings arrived earlier than expected, and the packing job was great. Here are the photos. However I now had an extremely delicate piece to ship which caused me great anxiety-an INCREDIBLY FRAGILE porcelain figure to ship from Florida to Maine. It was very RARE also and I worried about the shipment the entire way. It was a figure of Christ on the cross with very DELICATE outstretched arms=nightmares and tremendous trepidation over this shipment and receiving broken arms. Chuck at PakMail did an absolutely MASTERFUL job of packing this incredible fragile item by creating a CUSTOM TRIPLE foam cradle for it to ride in. Unbelievable TREMENDOUS care was taken to get this to me safe and sound. If I had to ship anything PRECIOUS across the world I would hire this Pak Mail to do it-WONDERFUL ALL THE WAY!!

For years now we've dealt with this store - and what seems to be the owner - only when absolutely…read morenecessary. We'd bring in packages carefully weighed on two different home scales and he'd always insist they weighed more, then charge us extra. Even if the package was an Amazon return, in the same packaging as received, with an Amazon generated label, he'd insist it weighed more and try to charge us extra! The store opens at 8 am, which means he arrives at 8 and starts turning on lights and machines. Effectively, he begins business at 10 past, no help if you've got to get to work on time and that 10 minutes makes a difference. Never mind that he seems to consider it a real chore to serve customers, or that there's no effort made when there's a long line to say "If you're just dropping off you can leave it on the counter". The whole place is annoyingly unprofessional when he's behind the counter. Strongly suggest drop-offs at your local pharmacy instead. Or, if you need an actual UPS store, choosing a different one.

The whole thing cost about $12 and SAVED THE DAY for me! Big thanks! Pro tip: If you are going to have something notarized, ask what time she is working, not just what day she works.
