In the future, I will just skip this store and find another one. The customer service was horrible. I walked in and wanted to sit down my box so I could pull out my items to ship and a guy that wasn't even servicing me was rather rude when he said don't put anything over there and then they refuse to take the box that I was trying to throw away. I am a frequent Amazon shopper and sometimes need to return items. I love the ease of the Amazon return at the Beacheway Plaza UPS Store, So simple you walk in put your package on the scale and give me a dilivery receipt and they take care of the rest and. Laura and the team at this location are always pleasant and helful, they have gone above and beyond to help with packaging suggestions, printing items. I have family out of town that I send packages to for birthdays and holidays and always give me a reciept so that I can track my package delivery. Always pleased with delivery times. read more

Wow! After going to this UPS store for years, and typically having good service, I was met with a nasty, mean, and rude representative yesterday (Samantha). I am a proud Amazon shopper and love the convenience of returning their items up the street, at the UPS. Yesterday I went in to return two Amazon items. One was in a plastic bag, in the same bag that was sent by Amazon. Samantha told me, "I cannot mail that in a plastic bag." I explained I had mailed numerous packages to Amazon exactly that way. She proceeded to yell, "No you didn't! You did not mail them from here." Again, I explained that I did, to no avail. She said she could not mail it in a plastic bag but that she could mail it in a brown paper bag. (On a side note- she was flirting with the guy behind me the whole time). Begrudgingly, I went back home, wrapped the item in brown paper and returned to the store. Samantha looked at me and said, "I can't mail it back in that either." I asked her, "what do you mean? You just told me you could mail it in brown paper." She then said, " I meant the brown Amazon envelopes." This is not what she said. Then I said, "You have a stack there (behind the desk) can I have one of those?" She said, "No." She said I can buy one of UPS' envelopes and mail it in that. So after spending about 30 minutes arguing with this extremely rude individual, I bought the envelope and mailed it. I could no longer take her attitude. So, even though Amazon has free returns, I had to pay for an envelope to return this item. Betty read more

After several awful experiences, I wanted to save others from making the same mistake I did. This UPS store is a sorry excuse for a business. As a small business owner myself, I always give people the chance to make it right and stand behind their word which does not happen here. We've spent a total of $400 for overnight shipping for business in 2 months and both packages have been lost and/or delivered 10 days late. No accountability at all, they just blame corporate. Great to use for no rush shipping, but if you care about what you're shipping or are in a rush- forget about it. read more

Worst customer service in the history of the United States...Paid $500 for overnight shipping with insurance...Package was lost twice and finally arrived 5 days later and spoiled...Now they are denying any responsibility and are not even covering the medicine that the insurance was suppose to cover...Please do yourself a favor and use a reliable company that stands by their word... read more

The lady was very mean and nasty towards me today when I was trying to locate my missing package so I will never us ups again.

The employees are always polite and quick to wait on you. They are also very experienced and can help with odd packages and the best way to ship them. read more

Terrible customer service. Partially my own mistake, but also a big mistake on their part. When I mentioned I was considering filing a complaint with UPS, the manager replied "Great idea" we get a lot of complaints around here. Dropped a prepaid package off at this store and when I got back to the office they called and told me to come pick it up that they could not accept "high value" shipments (which must have been because I insured it through UPS). That policy must have been of their own doing since the UPS Customer Service center i then went to told me that the store should have accepted the package. Wasted my time.
