They Steal Computer Parts, I've only returned one thing ever. And I took the returned item here. They never scanned my item to where it never updated in the Amazon App (that I dropped it off) and when I went there to get this resolved, they have incompetent and useless + rude staff / Customer Service. I took a $320.99 9060XT (8GB) and they won't help me get the package return updated so I can get my refund from Amazon. DO NOT FOR WHAT SO EVER, DO THE RETURN PROCESS OF AN AMAZON PACKAGE HERE... if I could put a negative star rating, it would be the first thing i would do.... Screw this place, it should be bulldozed and replaced by another company because these people suck at their jobs and have no remorse for stealing from unsuspecting customers that were putting trust in them to do their damn job right!!!!! read more

I have never had any issue with customer service here... except that now Staples lost/stole 3 USPS packages I had dropped off on 11/23/2025. I sell things on eBay on the side and this has made me realize that although one always tries to make things right, someone always makes sure you don't make it. I had to reimburse the customers and offer a great apology, all not being my fault but Staples' ...Will be going there to speak to the Store Manager first thing in the morning, and will elevate this to corporate if I don't get reimbursed or a solution is reached. read more

Don't go for shredding. Eric the manager was not able to accommodate large shredding amounts w/o putting into a 2" opening when UPS next door would give a containers to dump into. Too bad Staples...lost my business. read more

Overall, it was okay... nothing special but nothing overly horrible... just meh. They have a limited selection of items for sale. I would have really loved to see more options for binders and school supplies. Their prices seem to be around the normal you would expect. The staff was friendly enough but didn't seem too eager to help. They seemed really busy working on other things. The female bathroom door didn't lock so my fiance had to stand guard for me. There were packages of paper that were left open like someone ripped it apart and they never damaged it out. The store was clean except for the merchandise being all mixed up in some sections. read more
