They are terrific (and what a pleasure to get to write a glowing review instead of a flame)! Not only did they print my scores according to my specifications, but the quality of the work was superb. Co-owner Steve gave me a tour of their extensive facilities, and they can print literally anything! Most of the staff has been there for over 20 years, which is a huge vote of confidence. Another project I discussed with Steve was their ability to print softcover books for me. I don't like to keep inventory, and most printers want to make a killing on small quantity jobs where they want to charge me MORE than what I can sell them for retail, which is an obvious non-starter. PCP can do small runs where I can make a reasonable margin, and it is great to find this kind of capability in a local firm - I usually have to find someone out of state. The box was oversized and the packing job was amateur. Unfortunately, they have no quality assurance for someone to check the work of the individuals who pack your items. It appears they do not have special training for what they are doing. I paid extra for insurance on this item and that turns out to be a joke. I regret that I did not use UPS and add this information to warn others.

I always receive amazing service from the young boy upfront with a little bit longer hair. He's absolutely incredible with customer service. However, I would like to leave a bit of a note for the older guy who I believe is the manager. I think it would be wise if when your employees make a mistake, you don't publicly announce it to the customers waiting in the lobby. As I was waiting for my mail, the older Manager started making a scene about a mistake, The younger kid had made. This is something that needs to be corrected in private not in a situation where customers are in the lobby waiting. I can't imagine how he talks to his employees behind closed doors, if this is how he speaks to them in front of customers. So my review is this, I would leave five stars for the young boy upfront who is quick efficient and always nice. the older guy who is usually in the back, step it up.
