They all were super helpful. Tom and Diane resolved my needs. Tom and Mike stayed late to finish my printing job. While I was there I learned about their printing process, the super slicer machine ( my words not theirs) and how to save on future printing needs. I will bring all my future printing needs to this fantastic small local Sarasota business!

These guys are the real deal!…read more I needed to have some musical scores printed, and I went through three other printers who were unable to do the job until I found this company. They are terrific (and what a pleasure to get to write a glowing review instead of a flame)! Not only did they print my scores according to my specifications, but the quality of the work was superb. Co-owner Steve gave me a tour of their extensive facilities, and they can print literally anything! Most of the staff has been there for over 20 years, which is a huge vote of confidence. Another project I discussed with Steve was their ability to print softcover books for me. I don't like to keep inventory, and most printers want to make a killing on small quantity jobs where they want to charge me MORE than what I can sell them for retail, which is an obvious non-starter. PCP can do small runs where I can make a reasonable margin, and it is great to find this kind of capability in a local firm - I usually have to find someone out of state. Check out the photos of my scores - absolutely beautiful work at fair market rates.

I'm so frustrated that I trusted the employees in this store to package a family heirloom. They…read moreassured me it would be packaged properly to avoid damage. The box was oversized and the packing job was amateur. Unfortunately, they have no quality assurance for someone to check the work of the individuals who pack your items. It appears they do not have special training for what they are doing. I paid extra for insurance on this item and that turns out to be a joke. I regret that I did not use UPS and add this information to warn others.

I have visited Jeffcoat on multiple occasions and have been extremely satisfied with their customer…read moreservice, quality of work and turn around time. Its really sad that someone wants to give such a negative review based on the fact they got their feelings hurt because a small business owner actually has a political opinion! Apparently you have an opposing view, but I don't imagine the quality of work you received was any different than the quality other customers receive. Interesting that because you don't like their position you are choosing to do business somewhere else. I am curious how crushed and offended you would be if Jeffcoat could choose not to service you because they were offended by your political position?

We'd bring in packages carefully weighed on two different home scales and he'd always insist they weighed more, then charge us extra. Even if the package was an Amazon return, in the same packaging as received, with an Amazon generated label, he'd insist it weighed more and try to charge us extra! The store opens at 8 am, which means he arrives at 8 and starts turning on lights and machines. Effectively, he begins business at 10 past, no help if you've got to get to work on time and that 10 minutes makes a difference. Never mind that he seems to consider it a real chore to serve customers, or that there's no effort made when there's a long line to say "If you're just dropping off you can leave it on the counter". The whole place is annoyingly unprofessional when he's behind the counter. Strongly suggest drop-offs at your local pharmacy instead. Or, if you need an actual UPS store, choosing a different one.
