I recently found this little hidden jewel when I was looking for a convenient place to send my…read morepackages - one that would not break the bank. Unfortunately, most of the UPS stores are extremely expensive for their services and many of the local P-Offices are closing due to underfunding or when you need them too crowded to be of use. The owner at the Newport Hills Mailboxes and Shipping is very helpful and the way the space is set up, beneficial for when you have to send packages because you can wrap them up right there deciding how you want them sent. The owner is also very helpful in helping you decide the most affordable way to send things. I like it that she has "leftover" recycled boxes of various sizes and she doesn't charge and arm and a leg for them either. I drive from Renton to use this place. I'm not that far, it's just up from Lk. Washington and takes me all of 10 minutes to get there. If you want to save money and live in the Newcastle, south Bellevue Kennydale or Renton area, go there and give them your business. It is not easy to see from the road and the shopping center itself (Newport Hills Shopping Center)is mostly vacant but don't be put off by that. The more business you can send their way the better - you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend them.

One of my favorite features is the self service kiosk for returns. It makes dropping off packages incredibly quick and convenient, so I'm usually in and out within just a few minutes. If you're one of the first customers when they open, the computers may take a minute or two to finish starting up, so just be patient with the employees, they're always doing their best! Cecelia, with extremely condescending and rude tone, told me they can't help me with shipping my package. I'm not going to write the details here, but I'm writing to contact UPS directly. No wonder this place has overwhelmingly bad reviews. If people are taking their time and effort to leave a review on a UPS STORE, it really means something. I hope the corporate recognizes this. UPS has always been a go-to place for me, but with this kind of service, I'd rather go to closest USPS and pay cheaper. Please manage this location.
