you can call them to ask a quick simple question. I need to return an AT&T equipment and I only need to know if they require full account or last 4 because I currently only have the last 4 so this 5 second question to determine if the trip and hour away is a waste of time or not. awful customer service. Altho I love 10 miles south of there, I use the Anna UPS Store because they know how to hire great people. I always admire that in a store, especially cuz it's so rare these days. Even when the store is busy: A) the employees work like a clean, man machine of a team. And, B) they manage to get all the customers in and out of the store in less than 5-6 minutes at the business times of day! Each person working there knows their job, too! Quick, Clean, and Courteous! As a frequent customer for both Amazon and non-Amazon shipments, I have always had a positive experience. Even during rush hours, if there is a long line, it moves quickly because they seem to be well staffed with people who are responsive and do not stand by idly when people are waiting. Aside from package returns and shipments, I have also used their notary public service, which was a godsend after AAA refused to provide a simple jurat (attestation of truthfulness) because AAA mistakenly assumed I wanted a copy certification (authentication of the genuineness of a document). There is adequate parking generally, but there are only a few spaces directly in front of the store if you need to unload heavy packages. Also, traffic can be busy and from a lot of directions in the parking lot at times, so one has to be cautious backing out of the spaces. In short, I am glad to have such an efficient, competent, and friendly UPS Store conveniently located in Anna! read more

We love this location. The staff is patient and friendly. Reading these reviews cracks me up. Self entitlement at its best. Not all amazon packages can be dropped off without boxing or labels. The details of shipping are given when requesting a return. I know some of my returns have to be in original packaging and I have to print the label. This location has fast service, drop off is easy and fast. The prices are better than FedEx. We are paying for convenience and faster delivery than the usps. I can promise usps or FedEx (Sherman) is not going to print my label for me. They are going to have the same response. Come prepared or come back when you are. Keep doing a great job. read more

Went to the UPS store in Anna to send a package back to Amazon, they said the email from Amazon to return this package is a label and needs to be printed. I told the clerk that I live aways away in Blue Ridge so if he could print the label for me I will send him the email. His exacts words were "If I print it the costs is $2.72 so you should go home, print it out and come back". None the less I was not happy about it and thought, now your getting the shipping fee from Amazon and you want to charge me $2.72 just to print a label and you're in the shipping business. I send a ton of stuff every week at this location but it's officially my last trip there. If this is the way your customer service is in this day and time you are not going to last too long after word gets out that you are this greedy towards customers that build your business. read more

This is a shady store! Two times I brought Amazon returns in and both times Amazon never received the return. On a third occasion this store wouldn't take a return back unless it was boxed when Amazon's partnership with UPS means we don't have to package the items up. When you try calling this store they will not let you leave a message for the manager or owner and the staff there is clueless and unable to say anything outside of their robotic canned responses. I've used Amazon for years and had no issues with any other UPS store except this one! Avoid it at all costs. They are clearly doing something shady. read more

I don't know why some people are saying in the reviews that they don't print Amazon labels here. That is false! I've returned several Amazon packages without labels or boxes and they print the labels and box them up for me. When I reviewed my credit card statement the UPS Store charged me $500 to ship a 5lb plastic car in a three-foot box and they said that was a reasonable charge. AVOID these thieves. On 3/6 I paid almost $60 to have a package delivered overnight. The package was not delivered until 4 days later. I went to the store to see a manager and I was told there is no manager on site until Saturday. I returned on Saturday and was told the manager (Kamden Spence) was not in. I left my info and was told I would be contacted. On 3/8 I also went on the site for the store and sent an email message and it said someone would get back to me. I even provided all the weather data in my email to prove there was no reason why my package should not have been delivered on time. Today is March 24th and I still have had 0 follow up from a manager at this store. How unprofessional and disrespectful. SHAME ON YOU! read more

They DO box and print Amazon labels IF Amazon sends you a scan code. IF Amazon sends you a copy of a label, you must box the item, print the label & attach it to the box yourself. I'm not sure why Amazon gives you different instructions for returns. read more

I will begin by saying I do not do this often and probably should. However, two employees made a huge impact on me today. I went in to have some pictures printed on card stock and laminated. They went above and beyond. That type of customer service is not seen much today. They are polite and kind young men. My package arrived at my home today, Thank goodness, without a label on the box. I am lucky that I had left a small sticker on the box with my address on it. UPS delivered it by that sticker since there was no tracking label on the box. Again the manager claimed they put the label on the box. The proof was that the person I had shipped my package to had received a package, that was for someone else, with my shipping label on it that I had printed out. We now know that the store made a mistake and put my label on someone else's package and shipped my package with no label on it.. Michael, the manager keeps saying they did not do that and that it must of fallen off the box while in the UPS truck and the UPS driver put it on the wrong box. Have you ever tried to remove one of those sleeves from a box it takes a lot to get it off and part of the box will come off with it. This guy cannot admit that he made a mistake. I have asked for a refund and he refuses saying they did not make any mistake. Now I ask for the owners phone number and he refused to give that to me. The manager, Michael is an imbecile and has no business being a manager. I recommend you go to a different UPS Store as this one cant admit when they make a mistake. My next step may be small claims court to get my money back. read more

I went to the nearest UPS store and was amazed at their new design and colors. I had to ship several packages and take back an Amazon order. Their customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! All my shipments and Amazon return were perfectly completed. I highly recommend using them for shipping. Also, I was amazed how easy it was to bring a flash drive and get some printing done as well.
