I came to this FedEx location to pick up an order. I was asked whether it was a print order or a…read morepackage. As a customer, I didn't know there was a distinction, so I said it was a package. The employee asked for the tracking number, which I didn't have. I gave him my name, and after a quick search, I was simply told they couldn't find it. There was no attempt to ask additional questions or consider that it might have been under the other category (a print order). It turned out that was exactly the issue. A simple check would have solved the problem and saved me an unnecessary second trip. What disappointed me most wasn't that a mistake happened--it was the lack of initiative to help. Good customer service means thinking through the situation, asking a few follow-up questions, and trying to find a solution instead of stopping at the first dead end. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that helping the customer wasn't a priority. I hope the staff receive additional training on problem-solving and customer service, because a little extra effort could make a significant difference.

The woman at the counter was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment we walked in. She didn't bother to properly read the form and incorrectly claimed it couldn't be notarized. When my husband politely corrected her, she snapped in a condescending tone, saying, "I can read that." This same form had been notarized elsewhere before, and when we went to a UPS on Main Street afterward, they notarized it immediately without any issues. This employee clearly lacks basic customer service skills. We will NEVER return to Zip It. Absolutely unacceptable behavior!
