Exceptional breakfast this morning. Always a good experience. It is a true tiny diner. Gives it character. Love the fake wood stove.

The ambience is very pleasant, and the decoration is truly appreciable it creates a welcoming and great atmosphere the moment you walk in. I ordered the pancake special with chocolate chip pancakes, bacon, and sausage, along with eggs, over hard. It came out exactly how I wanted and was cooked perfectly! The food was really good, and my drink was absolutely perfect. On top of the great meal, the service was really nice; the staff were attentive and made the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a quality meal and a friendly vibe!

I also got a chocolate milk which was a Nesquik bottle which I haven't had in a while, the taste still holds up to when I was a kid! The pancakes were different but good! The sausage and bacon were regular and normal, nothing crazy. The eggs were probably a little overdone for my liking but I think I should've probably just asked for over easy since these yolks were barely runny at all. The sourdough was a great companion to the eggs though! The biggest downside to this place is that it's cash only. Very inconvenient and we didn't know until I showed up, luckily I had some on me and had enough for my friend who was with me. Overall a very laid back, casual, old school vibes. Solid, well balanced, quick breakfast!

To start, we shared the crispy brussel sprouts Charleston style. These were delicious with the tangy sauce and large flakes of parmesan cheese. For my main, I had the brunch wrap. It comes with chips, but I swapped for fries for an additional charge. The wrap was a good size; I had half and saved the rest for leftovers. It was tasty, but not a ton of flavor. The tater tots were nice and crispy and I enjoyed the fresh tomatoes and avocado. They gave me a huge portion of crinkle cut fries, which also would've been great with a little more seasoning, but they were good when dipped in mayo. My husband got the shrimp and grits and appreciated the large portion size as well. I had a lemonade to drink. It was refreshing since it wasn't overly sweet. Service was great. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu!

Aesthetically, each table feels like a meal at a family dinner table; it's clear that they wanted that vibe to be translated, and it's done quite well. This is also supported by the service being very friendly and helpful in general. To eat, I had the French toast burger with sweet potato fries. Some others with me had various sides like regular fries and tater tots, and the same thing was present on them that tends not to be at most places: they were all perfectly salted/seasoned. It might seem immaterial, but it's a very good signal when something that simple--yet often neglected in favor of just using condiments to mask it--is executed well. If you're a burger place with fries that taste great without the need for a sauce or condiment, you're doing something right. The French toast burger was likewise fantastic, combining sweet and savory in a great way. To drink, we all got a communal pitcher of the only frozie they had available at the time: a kind of jungle juice vodka slushie. It, too, was great--worthy of multiple rounds. All in all, here's a place that I can't wait to give another visit.

Walking in I was properly greeted and seated immediately. This place looks like a large cafeteria with a lot of windows. The server came over and I requested hot tea with lemon and honey. He came back with all that I asked for except for the main ingredient...The TEA BAG. From that point it just did not feel right, instead of getting up and leaving, I asked for another waiter. Another waiter turned this entire experience around. I ordered a vegetable omelet which came with home fries and toast. I did not like the home fries in the past because they were organic, no fluff, no extra, just straight up cubed potatoes. The changes made this meal well worth the trip. The homes fries have onions and peppers, a big plus for me, so the home fries did not disappoint. The omelet consisted of broccoli, onions, and mushroom. I was offered hot sauce to spruce up the taste and give it a kick. I do believe and always will believe that the server can make or break the experience. I now have BLD on the list of places to go. Good job Lazario for converting this review from a 2 star to a 4.5 star but rounded up to 5 stars. Inspire more, Yelp more!

They have onsite parking . I was greeted upon arrival by the hostess and immediately seated. They have a mixture of booth and tables. The diner looked clean. I saw a waiter bus the table after someone left. They cleaned the tables, chairs, and swept the floor. I find that some places forget to sweep after customers and I hate to step on food so I was glad to see that being done. My server was kind and attentive throughout my visit. I ordered the country skillet with soft scrambled eggs and pancakes. The country skillet is delicious. Crisp home fries, assortment of veggies alongside bite sized pieces of bacon. The eggs were exactly how I like them. Most diners overcook them even when asking for soft scrambled. I would definitely recommend this dish. Unfortunately I didn't like the pancakes. The texture seemed off, almost gritty like and I couldn't get past it. So I took one star off for that. Both dishes were large portions and could be split easily by two people. Overall I would recommend this diner and I plan to come back again.

I started off with a nice glass of Chardonnay to start off the weekend. We had been to the diner and pizzeria place down the road which we did not enjoy. We immediately returned to Nautilis. I highly recommend this diner to all my friends and families When we go out to dinner, I immediately mentioned to my husband this diner and tell him I want to go here. I gave and give it a five star PLUS rating and review once again. For dessert, we ordered two large pieces of strawberry shortcake. My friend loves the strawberry shortcake, and we brought her one for dessert. She called us this morning to tell us it was the most delicious cake she ever had. This diner outshines all others.
