Good place for simple repairs/service. However if you have a luxury timepiece then bring it to an authorized dealer. I brought my watch here because one of the screws in the movement fell off. Even though they repaired it, they used a different screw then the original so it looks horrible. Plus the inside of the watch is now dirty. Had I known, I would have brought my watch to an authorized dealer. Very disappointing. My favorite watch and I can't even look at it because I see all the imperfections now. read more

We took our outside clock/thermometer to them to replace the AA battery movement. They fixed it earlier than expected, at a reasonable price, and were friendly. Now, that's a hard combination to beat! I used to have to go all the way to Sugarland to get these type of clock battery mechanisms replaced...I am very happy to have this gentleman's business now open here within a geographically desireable distance in Katy!!! read more

I've had a few watches needing work and I've always got great service from here. I even had a Luminox that I wanted to see if I could get parts for and support local. Sadly, Luminox is strict with their parts and repairs. Katy watch gave it a go, but it looks like I'll have to send it in and pay premium. Katy Watch was really helpful trying to fix it, but it was near impossible to get parts needed. I'll continue to bring my watches here for service! Hours say open til 6:00 on Fridays. Nobody responded when I rang the doorbell multiple times at 4:30.

I took a ring in the store to be re-sized.....Perfect fit!! I took 2 watches in with a broken crystal, and a broken stem, and they were repaired perfectly. Wonderful place! I just went in to get links taken out of my wedding bracelet so it would fit! I went to a Zales and they said they would have to send it in to a jeweler and it would take 2 weeks! The jeweler here took it back and in 5 minutes had it done! He didn't even charge me! Super nice guy! Definitely recommend! read more

Had one of my watches resized at the jewelry store I purchased it at. The next day the pin came out and the link came undone. So I looked online for a place with better service and found them. The owner looked at my watch and noticed they pushed out the collar that locks the pins in place. They put a collar in and fixed my watch in a few minutes.
