Good place for simple repairs/service. However if you have a luxury timepiece then bring it to an authorized dealer. I brought my watch here because one of the screws in the movement fell off. Even though they repaired it, they used a different screw then the original so it looks horrible. Plus the inside of the watch is now dirty. Had I known, I would have brought my watch to an authorized dealer. Very disappointing. My favorite watch and I can't even look at it because I see all the imperfections now. read more

I inherited my dad's 48 year old gold watch and the Timekeeper was the only place I could find to change the battery. Then Mr. Leonardo came to my house to fix my grandfather clock with a very minimal charge, As a clock collector myself, I cannot say enough about the in depth knowledge this gentleman has. I highly recommend them for clock and watch work. read more

My next option after Mr.K's Watch (Bissonet)! VERY GOOD SERVICE! AFFORDABLE PRICE!!! For example, to remove watch links, Mr Jeff (@Mr.K's Watch) charges $5; while Mr Leonardo charges $7. Mr Leonardo is very friendly as well! I would not trust anyone with my Patek, Rolex except these too guys!!! P/S: Im a watch collector so I am very picky about this. :) read more

Walked into the shop with two watches, one automatic Seiko that I had quoted by the factory as costing over $150 to fix, and another that simply needed a bracelet adjusted. Mr. Leonardo was quick to take a look and took care of both in like 10 minutes as I waited. Best part was it was all done for just $15! I've had a few watches needing work and I've always got great service from here. I even had a Luminox that I wanted to see if I could get parts for and support local. Sadly, Luminox is strict with their parts and repairs. Katy watch gave it a go, but it looks like I'll have to send it in and pay premium. Katy Watch was really helpful trying to fix it, but it was near impossible to get parts needed. I'll continue to bring my watches here for service! I do not remember now when I first met "George" of the Time Keeper, now I am in his store every time I come to Katy. He spent time talking with us about his family and even asked about ours, which made the experience feel very personal and genuine. He mentioned that he no longer sells clocks because he stays too busy and doesn't have time to deliver, but the shop still has some really neat clocks and artifacts throughout the store along with paintings and photos of him and his family everywhere. It gives the place a warm, unique feel that you do not find often anymore. I came in to have links removed from my new watch and to get batteries replaced in two other watches. Even though it was pouring rain that Saturday, Van kindly offered for us to stay and wait out the storm. That level of hospitality really stood out to me for an all-around great experience. He definitely has my business for life.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Molina. Fifteen years after my…read morewedding, I was ready to upgrade my wedding set for our anniversary, and Molina made the entire process so special. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and helping me find the perfect updated set. Her attention to detail and genuine care made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel exciting and enjoyable. A year later, I returned to see Molina because I wanted to give new life to my original wedding set. Once again, she exceeded every expectation. She worked with me to transform my old wedding rings into a custom necklace and matching earrings. The finished pieces are absolutely stunning and more meaningful than I could have imagined. She expertly guided me through the design process, and the final result was perfect. As an added bonus, Molina gave me an excellent recommendation for where to sell some old gold that was not being used in the custom pieces. Her suggestion turned out to be incredibly valuable and made the entire experience even better. Molina's talent, professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness are unmatched. She has helped me preserve cherished memories while creating beautiful new pieces that I will treasure for years to come. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional service and expertise in fine jewelry. Thank you, Molina, for making both of these experiences so memorable!

Eddie was super patient, answering all my questions and making sure I chose something I'd be happy with. Recently, Eddie helped me pick the perfect engagement ring. He meticulously researched options so that I got the best diamond possible within my budget. My fiancee was delighted. Unfortunately, the engagement ring was damaged (no fault of Thomas Markle) and they went above and beyond to have it fixed quickly. We were super stressed about it and Thomas Markle's dedication to customer service made us feel so much better. Eddie and Thomas Markle Jewelers have earned a customer for life.

I went back 5 days later because I had not heard anything from the owner. The store was closed when I went by. I caught it open a few days later and was told more chain had to be ordered so my bracelet would be ready as soon as a the new shipment of chain arrived and I would get a phone call. A week later I received a text saying my bracelet was ready for pick up and the store was open until 7pm. Unable to make it there that day I stopped by the next day and the store was closed. I stopped by 3 other days and the store was also closed. I called and texted the owner and never received any correspondence back. When I finally stopped by and the store was open, I picked up my bracelet. This was about 25 days after first dropping it off. The quality was fine. The safety chain was a little tight because we never measured my hand but it was done and I finally had my bracelet. Then I asked if I would get a discount because he held my bracelet hostage for so long. He became very angry with me and told me to get out of his store and never come back. So I did but not before I promised him I would let as many people as possible know what terrible customer service he had. Do not go to this store. The quality was fine but don't questions work ethic, or lack there of, or you might hurt his feelings and he will tell you not to step foot in his store again. And that's is fine by me!!
