I told them my needs, and they took care of my requests in 20 minutes tops. While I waited, I was listening to some awesome music and browsing around the shop. They had a great deal on a beautiful vintage watch, and I just had to have it. The shop is family owned and seems like honest people. I'm going back tomorrow to browse a little more and definitely do some more business.

I went in to get my engagement ring resized and mentioned I was pregnant. Instead of taking the sale, the jeweler recommended that I wait and offered me a temporary spacer instead. This was so sweet and such genuine customer service. I will absolutely be taking my ring there after I have my baby.

Our last stop was Tiffany, where the sales must've thought we're too poor to afford it (LOL we are :P) and gave us a tip: Dickinson by Design. I never thought I would be able to go the custom jewelry route because it sounds expensive, but honestly it was the fairest price for the quality. And it made the ring experience fun! Shopping for a diamond was really daunting and stressful because of all the different specs, so I really appreciated how the DBD team took that on and even educated us along the way. We gave them our budget for the diamond and they came back with 3 choices for us to review and choose from. I was able to try on all 3 diamonds before deciding. From there we discussed band designs which were then created into 3D molds before we settled on the final product. The craft of the DBD team really shined (pun intended) when I got the ring. They really helped the diamond present itself in the best way. Everyone always comments how sparkly my ring is and the sparkle has been the same since Day 1. Only wish they offered more payment options (like cashier's check or something) since right now the only option is to wire money. Will definitely use them again for other custom jewelry needs.

After persistently chasing this up and getting beyond terrible customer service , including emailing the owner David., I have got nowhere. unfortunately a full year has passed and without this valuation my insurance company cannot proceed to process this claim. I have explained this numerous times to no avail. seems like once they have your money the customer service ends. Buyer beware!
