I found this shop on google search and brought my watch and extra links to enlarge the band. Unfortunately the links I brought were slight bigger than original links but No issues here!! Mr. Orellana who is the Master Certified Rolex Expert took his time to exam my watch and customized the link size to fit with original band in 15 minuets!!! I'm super excited that I can be able to wear my favorite watch again and so happy to find this professional watch repair (He can do jewelry repair as well) shop near my house.... Definitely recommend 100% Thank you again Mr. Orellana!!!!

They scratched my metal band.

I took my Tag watch in for battery replacement based on the reviews I read, seemed promising. Lady changed the battery within 10 minutes or so, really quick for $58. I was happy. A week later, while wearing it, top band came loose, apparently pin came off. It's a metal band. Could not find the pin. I though how odd! I've had this watch for 19 years, and this never happened and I seldom wear it as well, and 1st day after I wear the watch after battery replacement, pin came off. Took it to Watch Tech, took about a week for it to get fixed (initially, they said it will be ready next day). Immediately, I was notified. There were scratch marks on the band!!! I pointed it out to the lady, she said, 'I don't know, I don't know, we didn't do it. We even fix Rolex watches too, and I don't know'. I stayed calm, and told her I know my watch, I am very careful with it and these scratch marks were not there, and it was so obvious that scratches were freshly made. She kept repeating 'I don't know' and offered to smooth it out with additional charge of $150 or something. At this point, the male person peeked out but went right back to the back room. I left the store paying $35 for fixing the band. Based on the reviews, I guess they normally do great job, but I guess my case was an exception because they ruined my watch. Now, every time I wear it, I am pissed off. Needless to say, I will never go back. Advice to future customers, PLEASE TAKE GOOD PICTURES OF YOUR WATCH before, however, based on how the lady reacted, I'm not even sure if having a photo evidence will do. Just wanted to share my horrifying experience.

So glad to find this shop. Replaced some pins that kept falling out in a watch band. They fixed it while we waited and just $5.

Apollo Diamond - She said yes and is in love with her engagement ring!

My fiancé bought THE engagement ring from Apollo Diamond. Mr. Bui really encapsulated all of the details that we talked about over months so so perfectly. To preface, we had gone to multiple big chain jewelers to browse and kind of figure out what I'd like. I wanted a very specific cut (elongated hexagon) & all the jewelers we had talked to stated that it was pretty much either a grueling process to get the cut or just not an option at all. Because of this, I had settled on another cut and was fully expecting that cut for our engagement. When my fiancé had popped the question and showed me the ring, I was STUNNNED. I was in shock that he had found the cut I wanted as well as incorporated all of the small details that we had talked about. Mr. Bui, thank you for making this engagement just that much more special, and curating my DREAM ring. It's beautiful and truly one of a kind. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Apollo Diamond for all future engaged couples!!

Since it's large there's a chance of damaging the shoulders, texts, etc. My big concern is my fingers swell/shrink and I lost my last class ring from it falling off. The gentleman at Apollo advised making it larger and give it a week and see. The ring would fit right some days and almost fell off others as I suspected. When I went back to explore other routes he had a genius idea. He said he could place 2 gold beads inside the ring. It would grab the knuckle and stay secure but if my fingers swelled it would not hug the side of the ring. Been wearing it for a week and it's the absolute perfect fit. I don't feel the beads at all and wont have to worry about it falling off. Customer service was great and turn around time was very fast. A+ will be going back for my jewelry needs.

I recently proposed to my fiancée with a ring from Kay Jewelers, and the experience was fantastic…read more I called ahead since I was cutting it close to closing time (I live nearby off Morton Ranch), and Tony told me to come on in anyway. He greeted us right away, explained that the piece she'd seen online was online-only but could be ordered, and then showed us a stunning alternative that retailed for $3000 but was on sale for around $1400. We fell in love with it instantly. I ended up spending about $1700 out the door, including the lifetime warranty and free cleanings--totally worth it. I mentioned this was a "starter" ring until we upgrade, and Tony explained their great trade-in policy: bring it back toward anything double the price or more. The selection is impressive--tons of beautiful rings, necklaces, watches, everything sparkling and organized. You're bound to find something in your budget. Value-wise, getting a $3000 ring for half off felt like a steal, and knowing we can upgrade later makes it even better. As a first-time Kay customer, I was blown away by Tony's helpful, no-pressure service. I'll definitely be back for all future jewelry needs and ask for him specifically. Highly recommend!

I brought a ring made of 14K gold with 5 diamonds across to see if they would be willing to remove…read morethe diamonds and repurpose them into a bezzled necklace for my wife's birthday. The manager declined to move forward with my request because he incorrectly identified the ring as 14KP=14 karat "Plated" gold which was not correct. 14KP means 14K "Plumb" which is a term that was used years ago to signifying the gold is exactly 14-karat gold (58.33% purity) or higher. This was a missed opportunity to earn my business, because I took the ring elsewhere to another jeweler who bought the gold value from me, took the diamonds out and repurposed them into a beautiful necklace. I was disappointed that they were not able to identify the gold correctly.
