When I brought it to the store manager attention he originally apologized and made it seem like he was going to be helpful, well once it was time to provide us with receipts he was extremely apprehensive. When we began to work with loss and prevention he very much non existent. I called a couple of time and he was never there. I requested loss and prevention to contact him so that he can provide us receipts and overall we just wanted to have a conversation about the situation. His assistant manager which was the one who helped us when we called sent over the receipts. To this day Keith has failed to call us, I guess other things are more important than helping out customers who his employees failed to protect and are now victims of fraud.
