I had the lifetime passport that showed the date I purchase it. Recently my diamond fell out of the setting. I went to Sugarland store and stayed there over two hours trying to get it repaired. The assistant manager walked me to the mall and said they can repair it for $60.00. She ignored my lifetime warranty. Later I talked with Suzanna. A supervisor in Customer Care. Ironically the department is called Customer Care when they don't care about customers they are there to quote policies. Why do we need employees to quote policies when an AI can do that!? I have been a customer with Zales for 30 years. I also purchased my husband's wedding band there. Zales is willing to lose a 30 year customer over $60.00. Zales it will cost you more than that to gain a new customer. Decisions like this is the reason for your low ratings and eventually your demise. I wanted a very specific cut (elongated hexagon) & all the jewelers we had talked to stated that it was pretty much either a grueling process to get the cut or just not an option at all.
