They were able to clean a few other pieces I had as well. After leaving my necklace with them for a few days, they called me to come and pick it up and it was perfect. I had the lifetime passport that showed the date I purchase it. Recently my diamond fell out of the setting. I went to Sugarland store and stayed there over two hours trying to get it repaired. The assistant manager walked me to the mall and said they can repair it for $60.00. She ignored my lifetime warranty. Later I talked with Suzanna. A supervisor in Customer Care. Ironically the department is called Customer Care when they don't care about customers they are there to quote policies. Why do we need employees to quote policies when an AI can do that!? I have been a customer with Zales for 30 years. I also purchased my husband's wedding band there. Zales is willing to lose a 30 year customer over $60.00. Zales it will cost you more than that to gain a new customer. Decisions like this is the reason for your low ratings and eventually your demise. Mr. Bui really encapsulated all of the details that we talked about over months so so perfectly. To preface, we had gone to multiple big chain jewelers to browse and kind of figure out what I'd like. I wanted a very specific cut (elongated hexagon) & all the jewelers we had talked to stated that it was pretty much either a grueling process to get the cut or just not an option at all. Because of this, I had settled on another cut and was fully expecting that cut for our engagement. When my fiancé had popped the question and showed me the ring, I was STUNNNED. I was in shock that he had found the cut I wanted as well as incorporated all of the small details that we had talked about. Mr. Bui, thank you for making this engagement just that much more special, and curating my DREAM ring. It's beautiful and truly one of a kind. Since it's large there's a chance of damaging the shoulders, texts, etc. My big concern is my fingers swell/shrink and I lost my last class ring from it falling off. The gentleman at Apollo advised making it larger and give it a week and see. The ring would fit right some days and almost fell off others as I suspected. When I went back to explore other routes he had a genius idea. He said he could place 2 gold beads inside the ring. It would grab the knuckle and stay secure but if my fingers swelled it would not hug the side of the ring. Been wearing it for a week and it's the absolute perfect fit. I don't feel the beads at all and wont have to worry about it falling off. Customer service was great and turn around time was very fast. A+ will be going back for my jewelry needs.
