This store has been around forever, but then Diamonds are forever, are they not. They're not cheap, by any stretch of the imagination, but the service can be great and it's good to keep your money within the community and that's why I like the place. This is a massive Plaza located at Chimney Rock and Westheimer in the Galleria area which has all kinds of restaurants and good stuff and plenty of parking spaces, which is excellent. It's a good plaza and one which we visited many times over the years. read more

I highly recommend doing business with Morris & Co. He's a part of a very trusted family of diamond dealers, and won't lead you astray. Their customer service is great, and they aren't pushy! When I was in the market for an engagement ring a few months ago, I came here, and Morris spent ample time educating me! It felt nice being able to make an informed decision versus a risky one. Keep it up guys! read more

I'm leaving the country tomorrow, and I needed some prongs tightened on a ring but couldn't find a nearby jeweler that could do this quickly. Went in to Houston Diamonds on my lunch break, and I was immediately helped. Took no time at all, and the ring is secure again. Nice folks, nice store, and I'll definitely take my jewelry business here in the future. read more

I wish that my experience was more in line with all of these other reviews but sadly it just wasn't. Upon pulling up there was a man outside smoking who walks in right before me which I later realized to be the manager Lee that helped me out. (Although he wasn't much help.) Not exactly what I like to see/small but whatever, no big deal. I can deal with talking to someone for 5 minutes that reeks of smoke. I was greeted promptly (the store wasn't very busy.) that's probably the only positive thing I can say. I had come in to look at loose diamonds which I was immediately told they did not have due to a recent change in ownership. So I decided to tell him what I was looking for because I planned on coming back the following weekend when he told me they would have loose diamonds in stock. Before I could even get done fully explaining what I was looking for he cut me off and told me that I absolutely would not find that for the price range I was looking for. (I have already found 4 other Jeweler's that have what I'm looking for and the only reason I went to that many places is because they were all located in the same building. What I was looking for was not hard to find at all.) If he had listened to what I was trying to say he would know that I wasn't looking for the PERFECT diamond I was looking for an eye clean diamond. He also spoke to me so loudly that every other person in the entire store could hear every word he was saying. I think most people appreciate a little discretion when speaking about their budget and what they're purchasing. He basically just pulled up an app on his phone, told me that the price I was asking was basically what he paid for the diamonds, told me I wouldn't be able to get that, raised the budget I had told him by $2000 and then took down my name and number and said he would have his wife call me on Monday after they did some searching. I never heard back. Overall very poor customer service. Also I can only assume they have unreasonably high prices as I have had no problem finding exactly what I want through multiple other jewelers. Save your time, save your money. Go somewhere else. read more

I purchased a watch from Costco today and it needed to be sized to fit my wrist. I stopped by this business because of the good reviews and convenience to my home. I walked in an explained that the new watch needed to be sized and without asking any questions, they immediately went to work to take care of me. The employees all acted very professional friendly. They had me finished in just a few minutes and even showed me a few features on my watch that I didn't know that it had. I plan to visit this store again in the future, and recommend them to anyone who might be in the market for jewelry or repairs. read more

Professionalism at it's finest. Customer service rated 5 star. Prices fair and reasonable. Honest appraisals. The staff goes over and above expectations. I am always treated like one of their bigger spenders even though I am not. I would highly recommend them. read more

I originally found Houston Diamonds on Yelp! For the great reviews they already had, I'm so glad I went to them to get my new prong for my wedding ring. Mr Morris and his staff were amazing, so friendly and very informative about my ring, the setting and prong I was switching out. Thank you again you've done a beautiful job on my ring! I highly recommend Houston Diamonds! read more

Excellent and speedy service! Had a ring appraised and refit for very reasonable prices and in a very timely manner (other jewelers were saying it would take several weeks). They even took the time to show me how to view the diamond inscription number, which I found to be very professional and built a great level of trust. Look forward to visiting again! read more

My fiance and I went to their store to look for engagement rings. They were helpful and courteous, and didn't judge us by our appearance (we were both wearing jeans and a tshirt). They understood I wanted a sapphire instead of a diamond, and didn't try to pressure me into changing my mind into getting the traditional diamond. They also didn't push me into a more expensive stone, but guided me to a stone that worked with the setting I had chosen. I love my unique and one of the kind ring that they made for me, and would recommend this place to anyone looking for an engagement ring and/or any unique piece of jewelry. read more

Knowledgeable and professional staff, excellent post-sale services, great shop. Strongly recommend!

Amazing service !! Look no further entire staff is great.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Houston Diamonds. It's for me by far the BEST jewelry store in Houston. The customer service is OUTSTANDING, the pricing unbeatable compared to the high quality products they offer. I was helped during all my buying process with all the informations I requested and most important I was given all the time I needed to think and select the PERFECT engagement ring. My wife loved it and actually went herself thank the store for such a good job done! We are French so we kind of came to the store with high expectations, we were not disappointed, it was worthy of the best Parisian stores we usually go to. Definitely the Jewelry store to TRUST in Houston. read more

Houston Diamonds is a very reputable jeweler. I recently sold a diamond here and they gave me the best price that I had been quoted right away. The owner Morris runs a trustworthy shop which can be difficult to find in this business. I'd highly recommend doing business with them, be it buying or selling. Next time I'm in the market for jewelry, I'll be sure to stop by. read more

I would strongly recommend this place. All staffs are extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Felt more comfortable at this store comparing to other jewelry stores where most of their staffs just give u fake smile. Also they take good care of customers' properties. I was so impressed with their work. I went there in the morning, the service I need usually took two days (based on my experience of shopping around), unbelievably, they called me the second day and told me my ring was ready!!! Satisfied with the details of their work. So I definitely encourage u guys to choose this store when u r stuck in several options! read more

I've bought several items from the estate collection at Houston Diamonds, including several David Yurman pieces and a Rolex watch. The owner Morris was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was able to trade in some jewelry pieces that I no longer wear and apply them towards my purchase at Houston Diamonds. I have become a repeat customer and this is my go to jewelry business! read more

Gorgeous ring first and foremost. Went in with a few pictures my significant other pointed out liking and Jay explained differences in diamonds thoroughly. I wasn't pressured into buying more or something other than what I wanted. The ring ended up being special order and was ready before originally promised. With the warranty and excellent service, I highly recommend Houston Diamond Outlet. read more

Excellent Business. Clean shop and great service. Stopped by on my lunch break to get a watch adjusted today and the manager, Lee, took care of me right away. I was in and back out in a matter of 10 minutes. Would recommend to anyone who is in the Galleria. read more

My fiance originally got my engagement ring online. The pictures looked beautiful, the appraisal was great, but the actual product did not live up to expectations or the appraisal. My fiance's mother had the ring and was getting it appraised at local places and drove by Houston Diamonds. Her instincts told her to turn around. So glad she did! Morris and his team were able to source a beautiful ruby that is bigger and prettier than the ruby on the previous ring and larger diamonds that did not have large chips in them. They were able to design the ring like the previous ring, just larger, more gorgeous, no scratches, and for about the same price as the last ring. We are very pleased with the finished product and really appreciated Morris's dedication to making things as close to perfect as possible. They also offered free cleanings for the life of the the ring and if we ever want more expensive stones they will take the current stones back at the original price. Wonderful customer service at a good price! We will definitely be going back if we have future jewelry needs. read more
