They're extremely clean, probably the cleanest pawn shop I have ever seen. Their manager Raul was so polite and friendly! The offer made to me was very reasonable, unlike other places that only look out for the business's sake. The actual transaction took about 10 minutes but I spent another 20 there just conversing with the manager. I would recommend anyone to go visit this pawn shop. Husband needed his Google Pixel 4 screen fixed after our kid decided that it would make a good…read morebaseball. He called around to a couple places to see where he could get his phone fixed the fastest, and found out that all the shops would have to custom order the replacement part since they didn't usually carry it in stock. This shop quoted they'd most likely get the part by the next day and would be able to get the repair done within an hour-ish once they got the part, whereas the other shop said they'd need 3-5 business days to get the part. He also got a better price here ($230 total). As promised, my husband was able to drop off the phone the next day around 4pm and it was completed in about an hour. Even though they closed at 5, they stayed open a little after just to make sure they would be able to get the repair done so that he could get his phone back. The screen now looks brand new, and you can't even tell it had to be repaired. They did a great job! Highly recommend! Just one FYI for finding the shop, it's located in the back area of the plaza (so the opposite side of the building from Homegoods/Ross), so finding it can be a little tricky, but it's pretty obvious where the store is once you're on the right side of the building.
