I wasn't home but my mother in law said they were very nice. The material. It looks great in our house. The bad: The installation. The crew arrived after 9:00 each day and were gone by 2:30. They took a 45 minute lunch each day. They worked less than 5 hours each day. They did not have all the necessary tools with them. They needed to come back days later to cut a door. I didn't notice the door until afterward. Someone started to cut the door but cut the top instead of the bottom. I wasn't looking up to inspect a flooring job. Trash everywhere. Used utility knife blades left on the fireplace mantle, the kitchen counters, the window sills, down in the floor registers, on the stairs, and on the floor in the corner of two rooms. We're glad we found them all before my stepson or the dogs did. They dropped cuttings into several of the floor registers and swept in quite a bit of sawdust into one of them. The front landscaping was littered with cuttings and my black mulch is now sawdust beige. Spent part of the weekend cleaning it out. The trash from someone's lunch was left in the driveway at the end of the last day like it had been kicked under the truck. We've been doing a lot of remodeling of this house since we bought it including a gut of the kitchen and a bathroom, carpeting on the stairs, and flooring throughout. This was the worst by a wide margin. Even the kitchen guys didn't leave as much of a mess and they did a lot of demolition, sawing, and drywall work.

I requested a quote and followed up a few times...never did receive the final quote (I received one quote but it was the wrong frame material and there was supposed to be a corrected quote...that I never received" AND the quote did not have any approximate measurements on it so I could not accept it as ut was submitted anyway...strange that it was EXTREMELY (3x the cost) expensive compared to the custom glass quotes (2) I received. (I suspect the dimensions that the company quoted were incorrect but there wasn't anything written on the quote) The last I heard (SEPT 2) was "We have a new Basco representative, our pricing must come from but he has not gotten back to me yet. As soon as I receive it, I will get the quote over to you. Sorry for the delay. " I never followed up after that. The reason I go to Prosource is they have a list of decent installers (at least for flooring and tile) And the people working at ProSource used to be extremely knowledgeable....I did not get that impression this time.

After selecting the piece you desire, your salesman will go over all the details of the renovation process, installation, et al. I must say, after comparing several competitors, I found Granite Works Stone Design to be superior to the others with a much better/higher quality product at a lower price. My estimate with Granite Works was roughly $7,000 plus (that included the countertop in addition to new cabinets); the closest competitor wanted over $17,000 for the same job. No brainer here!!

I waited 2 hours past the appointment time and called the office. I got a recording essentially telling me to call back later. I tried 5 times over the next few hours and finally someone answered. I explained the situation and they put me on hold. Finally Bobbi answered and that is when we concluded that their had been a miscommunication regarding the location of the meeting. She then asked me what I was calling about and I explained that it was for repair work at our home. I told her what it entailed and asked if that was something they were capable of addressing and she assured me that it was. We then set an appointment up for the next day at our home for between 12:00PM and 1:00 PM. She stated she come and meet us on her lunch hour. I made sure she had our correct address and my phone number and told her I would see her the next day. It is now 6:00 PM, 6 hours past our scheduled meeting and Bobbie never showed or called. I find it had to believe the reviews that praise this business as based my experience I wouldn't let them install or repair a counter in an outhouse let alone my home. If Bobbi is an example of the type of people they employ then apparently they find unprofessionalism and disregard for potential customers to be accpetable. Anyone looking for granite work should avoid this company at all cost as based on how the treated me a potential customer I can imagine what type of nightmare you would deal with if you had a problem after they have your money. There are other reputable companies out there that are willing to provide professional service to gain your business.

I went to exchange it for another and I put it together and sat on it to work on my car, and 1 of the casters broke off and onto the ground I went! It supposedly has a 250lb weight capacity and I weigh 183lbs...Piece of junk! Or maybe I just bought a lemon because there are some good reviews on the website. Who knows. I returned it and got my money back. Their floor jacks and jack stands are fantastic though! Never buy anything without a coupon! They usually have 20% coupons and sometimes 25% off. I wish I could give zero stars. What should have been a simple refrigerator purchase has turned…read moreinto three weeks of frustration, damage to my home, and an unbelievable waste of my time. Three weeks ago, Home Depot attempted to deliver our new refrigerator. The delivery team tried to force it through a doorway where it clearly would not fit, damaging our molding, scraping paint, and even putting their hands through our screen door. We now have an open damage claim as a result. Because the refrigerator was then on backorder, we had to wait another three weeks for delivery. Fast forward to today, our second scheduled delivery, and ONE delivery person showed up. Apparently, one person cannot bring the refrigerator into the house, so once again, we were left without our appliance. We have now moved our existing refrigerator TWICE to prepare for these deliveries and wasted TWO ENTIRE SATURDAYS waiting around during Home Depot's four-hour delivery windows. The solution offered? Schedule a THIRD appointment for someone to come back and bring the refrigerator inside, or reschedule the delivery altogether. And they couldn't even guarantee an exact date and time for that third appointment! For those of us who work full-time, have families, and value our weekends, this is completely unacceptable. My time is valuable, and I should not have to repeatedly rearrange my life because Home Depot cannot coordinate a basic appliance delivery. To add insult to injury, when I requested compensation for the inconvenience, I was told nothing could be done until the refrigerator was delivered and installed. Seriously? So I have to continue waiting, continue being inconvenienced, and HOPE that someone eventually offers a small discount for all of this? Two wasted Saturdays. Two failed deliveries. Damage to my home. An open claim. And STILL NO REFRIGERATOR. Home Depot needs to take accountability for its delivery process, its lack of coordination, and the complete disregard for its customers' time. At this point, a token discount isn't going to make up for the aggravation and inconvenience this experience has caused. I expected far better from a company this size. Extremely disappointed, and I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a major appliance from Home Depot if delivery is involved.
