I cannot recommend this company based on my personal experience. I hired Miracle Method in June 2023 to fix a crack in my bathroom sink. The full repair required that the entire sink be sprayed/refinished after the crack was fixed. The total job cost $815, with "Bathroom Sink Refinishing" being $390 of that total. By February, 2024 the finish was peeling off around the drain. I contacted MM just before my one-year warranty expired. I sent in pictures by text. Thank goodness I sent pictures because when I followed up about my phone call (after a one-month delay), the staff tried to say I was out of warranty. Once I proved that I called within the warranty period, MM sent someone out to attempt to refinish the sink again. All MM did this second time, was add another thick layer of spray to the sink. The finish was so thick and unsightly that it started to peel off in sheets. I called again and mentioned that we should really talk about just giving me a refund because the finish is not adhering properly, and I cannot keep taking days off work for MM to repeat its work. The owner, Andrew Gorski said, "I don't do refunds." He acknowledged that it was likely a failure of the product to adhere properly and said MM would have to completely strip the bowl and respray it, and that it would take two full days. Eventually, I looked at my invoice and said, I am only asking for a refund for the "sink refinishing," ($390) not the sink repair ($425). He offered only $200 based on "his cost to send a guy out." I repeated my request for a refund of $390. At this point, he sent an email saying that the finish was not under warranty and that the peeling off were actually "chips" and that he should have never covered my repair in the first place because it wasn't part of the original area of concern. In other words, he was now making up reasons to not make me whole. Keep in mind, he's only viewed my sink through pictures and keeps changing his story about whether he's going to stand by his work. The original finish did not last six months. I made a claim within my warranty period, the finish is not adhering properly, and the owner would rather look for excuses to not refund me the full value of "sink refinishing" which I paid for. As a small business owner myself, I find it hard to believe that he won't simply refund the portion of the work that has completely failed. I paid MM $815 for a full repair. Even though I will now have to replace my entire vanity top at a potential cost of $1,400 or more, I thought I was being reasonable by only asking for a refund on the portion of MM's work that failed. I urge people to consider whether it's just better to buy new instead of taking a chance on shoddy work from Miracle Method. Miracle Method will NOT go above and beyond to make things right. read more

Love their product. Tub and surrounding tile look amazing. They need lots of help in their scheduling of jobs. Our installer Eric was very nice. However he never came until 2:00 in the afternoon for what turned out to be a 7 hour job. Left our house close to 9:00 pm. In addition they could not schedule a return visit for a very minor caulking touch-up for 5 weeks. Manager's position is that they are short handed. Really not your customer's issue. read more

Made this appointment with Miracle Method several weeks in advance. They fully explained the process, on the phone. Pricing was also explained well. I used a $50 off coupon from Angie's List. They happily accepted it. They re-supported the tub, underneath, sealed all cracks, and totally re-finished the tub and surrounding walls, and the outside front. Did a terrific job. Very professional and polite. Did not spill a drop of any of the products used. I had just had new flooring installed and re-painted the walls, so I was concerned. I needn't have worried. He was on time both days. I am very happy and had no problems at all. If I had another bathtub, I'd use them again! P.S. way cheaper than Bath Fitter! read more

This low mark is more for their warranty. If your shampoo or any bath product you use stains the surface then they do not stand by their product. My wife used the generic purple shampoo & the bottle left a ring on the surface. They told me the dyes in the shampoo was the problem. ( what's product doesn't have a dye in it ) If it is safe to use on your person then it should be say to use on their product. Be careful what's you use in your tub or it will cost you to fix it. P.S. my wife didn't turn purple after she used the shampoo! Will never use this company again. read more

This is a follow up from my original review from 6/2/2021. The caulking issue was not corrected and it looks just terrible. Caulking was too heavy handed and is everywhere where it should not be. It is on the bathtub surround on the wall my husband and had painted and there is a gouge in the wall. The caulking along the top of the outside bathtub was not complete and some of the areas look dirty. So disappointed and I understand that Andrew is new having only been doing this for two months, however we paid $920.00 to have our bathtub refinished. Very unhappy and now my husband has to try and correct the caulking that was done and I am not certain that it will come off the of the walls. I have never caulked and probably could have done a better job. Also I didn't realize that the warranty is good for only 5 years and not 10 like other bathtub refinishers. Wish I had looked into other bathtub refinishers for price and warranty. read more

Repaired our cracked shower pan last month. The person who came out to inspect and provide a free quote was very mannerable, offered and explained the different options available to us to repair the shower pan and provided his own suggestion on the best way to go. We agreed with his suggestion and thought the pricing was fair. All communications from receiving the quote in written form (email) and appointment reminders were timely and clear. On the day of repair, the servicemen arrived early and completed the job (laying down fiberglass and paint) within a couple of hours. They did not leave our bathroom a mess and did a really good paint job on the shower floor. The paint itself was a really good match to the paint of the rest of the shower stall. It's been about a month now and so far no complaints. I'm glad I looked them up before ripping out and installing a whole new shower stall which could have been thousands of dollars and could have taken days (if not weeks) to complete. Would definitely contact again if services are needed in the future. read more
