Today I was able to directly talk with the President of the company in person and he took his time to let me know that the company is already looking to future proof their methods and even ask me for my recommendation of what would I as a customer feel comfortable with for a safer transaction. I have full confidence that this company will keep growing and providing for many more customers for the better. They have remedied my concerns and have been cordial and understanding with my unfortunate experience. I have received my first few orders and will get started working on our new floors. Thank you. Old Review for transparency: The reason Im giving them a bad review is that I was told to write down all my card's info because they can't run it until Monday and this day is a Saturday. It seemed very odd that they would ask that and told me they would call me first on Monday before they run it. I waited all day Monday with no callbacks. I called them back Tuesday and was notified that they have already ran my card a while back and will call me back to let me know about my order (I never got a call back). I check my statement and show it was ran the day I came in on Saturday. Today on, Wednesday I checked my statement again and a FRAUDULENT transaction was made to Walmart.com (probably thinking its a safe bet that many people shop there, Not I, online that is). I called my credit card company to inform them about the fraud and to send me a new card. I called back America's Floor Source to ask about my order and about the fraudulent issue. The installers were professional and knew their job. They worked until the job was done, no complaints and picked up the job debris. I am so very happy with the finished product!

By 1130, no one had shown up, and I hadn't received a phone call or any communication, so I called the company. When I explained that I had an appointment and no one had arrived, Ian didn't ask for my name or address to look up the appointment. Instead, he simply asked if Aaron was the one coming out. I told him I wasn't sure who was scheduled, and his response was, "Well, he might be running behind. He'll be there when he's done." That was the extent of the explanation. No apology, no attempt to confirm my appointment, and no effort to provide an updated arrival time. If you're running late, the least you can do is call your customer. I told him not to bother coming and that I would take my business elsewhere if that's how they operate. His only response was, "Okay." Based on my experience, this company showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. If this is how they treat potential customers before they've even earned your business, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Matching 17y/o cabinets was beyond easy. Custom cabinet maker or re-face everything to match. Oh No! Staff member took our phone call and found what we were looking for in a cheaper option. Still ALL WOOD! Not that particle board stuff they do not carry. We went in 2 days later and immediately shown to 3 in stock. She cut open boxes until she found one without any imperfections. Paid for it. Offered a military discount. Now we have 3 weeks for the contractor to pick it up. Ordered the roll out shelves. It's going to be a fine appliance garage. We've even referred friends + relatives to them (high praise). Our salesman Chad Schirtzinger, his sales manager Chrissy Boasetti, and their fabrication + installation manager Toney Curry were all wonderful to work with - knowledgeable, professional, fair, reasonable, and genuinely nice. They have a big selection of slabs, and a huge room of remnants they can fabricate for smaller jobs, too. We weren't planning to, but found a rem to upgrade the countertop in a half-bath, too. This install was big and challenging - it took 3 huge slabs of matching Quartzite for a giant island and a full-height wall backsplash behind the stove. It took 8 strong men to carry and set the big island slab - I promise we were holding our breath the whole time they were carrying it in. There were a few small hiccups - that's going to happen with a big and complicated job like this. They fixed everything to our satisfaction - no hesitation, no complaints, no problem - they consistently "did the right thing" (which is refreshing and somewhat unusual these days). We kept changing our minds in the design process, and they handled our ideas and frequent changes with expert guidance, kindness and grace. AND... because hard surfaces aren't cheap, and Quartzite is quite expensive (2.5x-3x the cost of granite) - their prices were fair, fair, fair. They were fully 1/3 cheaper than another well-known granite fabricator I've spent a LOT of money with in the past (and never will again). The Granite Guy's prices were fair and reasonable for what we got. I cannot say this strongly enough - we recommend The Granite Guy 100%. 1,000%. 10,000%. Our customer experience with them was awesome and what you'd hope for, their prices were fair, the people are awesome, and we got exactly what we wanted at a price that didn't feel like we were being ripped off (if I show you the quote we got from "those other guys", you'll understand what I mean). We live in a third floor condo downtown so we were thrilled to find a company that came so highly recommended and that had been able to deal with some of the complexities associated with our building. We made a call and they sent someone out to measure our floors. He was very courteous and thorough and made a map of the dimensions. He was able to do it in a way that gave us many options because we could have opted for different flooring for the halls than for the bedrooms, for example. Once he did the mapping, he told us to check out their showroom so we could choose our flooring. We went out to the showroom located in Clintonville area. When we arrived, we met a friendly lady in the showroom who explained all of our options to us. She pulled our file so that when we selected our floor, she was able to give us an estimate. She was very frank with us and I really appreciated it. She was very honest about ways that we could save money and did not push us into more expensive options. She worked with us to get us the best flooring at the best price. We made our selection and they called us about a week later to set up installation. Two gentlemen then came to our place and worked hard at putting in our new carpet. They were very efficient and moved our furniture for us for a small fee so that we didn't have to worry about it. We were super pleased with the end result. Our carpet is beautiful and plush. We will definitely use them again in the future!
