In addition to traditional embroidery, we are also experts in related apparel decoration techniques like applique and the use of various heat applied transfer materials. If you're attending a trade show or convention in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, we can make things easier for you with free delivery of your finished garments to the venue when you need them. Order ahead and receive delivery at the show. How great is that?

History
Established in 2002.
The Thread Factory, in Carefree, Arizona, has been creating custom embroidery, screen printed apparel and promotional products since 2002. If you need shirts, caps, jackets or other promotional products for your business, club or trade show, let us know. We can help.
Meet the Business Owner: Rick G.
Rick is the Plant Manager at The Thread Factory. He has over 20 years of experience in the design and production of digital and conventional media services including printing, web design, photography and embroidery.
He studied Commercial Photography at Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara and Printing Technology at Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to founding The Thread Factory in 2002, he worked as an Educational Specialist at the Heard Museum in Phoenix, Arizona, producing digital content for exhibits and the web.
Today, you can find him answering your phone calls, printing garments or digitizing your embroidery design.
