But one reached out and we discussed it and they said they could complete it by the time I needed but with modifications and I wasn't going to get exactly what I wanted. I agreed anyway because I was in a time crunch. AnFx also reached out and said they could do it but I already had something going and told them I'd reach out if something happened. The day I was supposed to pick up my hat I could not reach the other company. I started to panic and feared I wouldn't have the hat in time. I reached out to AnFx, we talked and he said he could get the hat done the same day and the way I wanted with no modifications. That goes to show you the quality and customer service. They charge for shipping no matter how much your order is and they don't do preorder pickup. They have really odd hours that don't accommodate most working parents. Overall bad experience with them.
