They even referred me to an excellent vendor to help me with the custom PJ pants. I was in a bind because I had ordered custom pajamas for my work party contest off of Amazon. After paying a $100 additional fee to be guaranteed on time delivery from that vendor, they gaslit me for weeks before finally admitted they lost my order. It was just days before my work event and I was left with nothing that I had ordered or paid for. I contacted these guys through Yelp and they were fast to respond and gave a very fair quote for the work. I ended up with a much better outfit than I originally ordered from Amazon and I even won the pj contest. I would absolutely use them again and I am very happy with my whole experience from beginning to end!

I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

The day I was supposed to pick up my hat I could not reach the other company. I started to panic and feared I wouldn't have the hat in time. I reached out to AnFx, we talked and he said he could get the hat done the same day and the way I wanted with no modifications. She also needed electronic forms of payment, and a dedicated employee to email back and forth with, and at times hop on the phone for clarification. This project involved 200 canvas tote bags. 200 Orange canvas tote bags. 200 high quality, reasonably priced, orange, canvas tote bags. Does that sound at all like too much? Acme Prints handled it with as much ease as I would've while printing a word document with my home printer. That actually can be tricky sometimes, so bad analogy. Nevertheless, Acme Prints, specially Vida, made this job a complete breeze, and when faced with large projects there shouldn't be a thought to go anywhere else. Oh, and did I mention the price was unbeatable and the the production turnaround time was about 8 days? Yeah...I can't wait to work with them again either.

So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. Money comes back, time does not.
