The food was okay but this restaurant is closed. Don't go by because you will not get dinner.

The menu is packed with so many delicious options, but I keep coming back to my all-time go-to: the corned beef hash paired with crispy hashbrowns, three eggs over easy, and buttery toast. It's hearty, perfectly seasoned, and hits the spot every single time. My wife loves switching it up with the Healthy Heart Choice and their incredible blueberry pancakes--light, fluffy, and loaded with fresh berries. She says they're some of the best she's had anywhere! What really makes this place special is the warm, small-town feel. The service is always friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and it's just a joy to bring the kids or grandkids here. They love it as much as we do--it's become our go-to spot for family breakfasts that feel like a special treat every time. If you're in Granbury, do yourself a favor and stop by Firehouse Cafe. You won't regret it! Highly recommend.

I love a good breakfast spot. So much, I visited Pam's three times on a recent weekend. First,…read moreamazing service from everyone working the front of house. The coffee flowed in cups that looked like a collection from Goodwill. From sit down to the check the ladies of Pam's were on point. Didn't hurt that I got to look at a few country gals in size two Wranglers either. I'm sure it was a packet but the biscuits and gravy won stars with this country bumpkin. Biscuits were huge and fluffy. Add in a few butters from the center of the table and you're in business. First day request for soft bacon didn't go so well. Took some Yelp photos; actually referred to the snaps the next day asking for softer. Better, same results on the B&G. Throughout the visits nobody liked the hashbrowns. Didn't try them to the last visit; burped them all the way home (184 miles). Add some oil; totally tasted like burnt flat top. Sunday pork chop wasn't great either. Sausage bites I had were good. Salsa was delivered for the table. Fresh? No, Pace picante. WHY? Making salsa from canned tomatoes is stupid easy. Folks swear it's like any other Mexican restaurant in America! Number 10 can of whole tomatoes divided to batch the recipe. Add in proportionate picked jalapenos, cilantro, roasted garlic, and pulse in a blender. Toss in chopped onions and chill. Salt and pepper to taste. This will destroy any salsa in a jar.

Absolutely Outstanding Dining on the Square - Christina's Never Disappoints!…read moreChristina's has become one of our absolute favorite restaurants in Granbury. The location right on the square is perfect, and the ambiance is warm and inviting, ideal for a special night out or a celebratory dinner. The food is consistently excellent. The Chilean sea bass is a standout, perfectly cooked every time. The seared scallops are wonderful, with a beautiful crust and tender inside. I've had the salmon multiple times and it's always nicely seared on the outside and wonderfully tender and flaky. For appetizers, the pear & Brie crostini is a must-order sweet, savory, and absolutely delicious. Yes, it's a bit on the pricier side, but the quality, presentation, and service more than justify it. This is a busy spot (especially on weekends), so reservations are highly recommended. From start to finish, everything about Christina's feels special. Attentive service, beautiful plates, and food that tastes like it was made with care. If you're in Granbury, make the time to eat here -- you won't regret it. We'll definitely be back again soon!
